Only stayed one night for a medical test at UC Davis for transplant. Asked if I could check into the room earlier an they let me which was great. AC unit work wonderful but wish my mom was in the bed next to it an not me bc I was freezing due to poor circulation from kidney failure. So yes AC works wonderful. I didnt like how the toilet paper was basically against your leg trying to merge with you when sitting on the toilet while it was in its place on the wall. Room was clean, sheets were clean so it was a pleasant experience.

It was great

It's in a rough section of town with people wandering the parking lot, sleeping on the streets and so on. In the room, the light over the sink was out. The a/c was good and the beds were ok. Access to the 2nd floor room was by climbing a set of outside stairs. It was ok for a night. Oh, and they don't provide facial tissue in the room, so bring your own.

It was close to stores and restaurants The homeless community stayed around our door
-
Breakfast was not included Tv was not working ac was broken
-
Typical motel 6. but in a sketchy area so we left after suspicious activity happened in the alley next to our room. Checked out after 30 mins and found another hotel. Oh well.
-
The bathroom sink and shower had hair from the previous bookie. The paint was chipping around the doors and bed. Our TV was also not reliable. Not worth it even for a motel 6, might as well as pay a little more somewhere else.

NOTHING Everything

The staff up front was very helpful, but something to be aware of before you choose this location, however, the streets are littered with homeless people. The location is great being in midtown and across from an IHOP, but just know you won't be the only guests there.

It's bad don't rent from there it's nasty

I didn’t even check in. The area looks super sketchy. I didn’t feel safe, leaving my car to go check in and then walk aalone to a room.
-
Beds were comfortable and price was good Bathroom floor had white stuff on it like something off the wall but was never cleaned and people yelling outside late at night
-
I liked the price, that's it. As soon as we checked in the smell of cigarettes hit our noses, the floors were FILTHY, foot prints and all, the show had a leak and when you took one water went everywhere. I asked for a new room but the female manager seemed bothered by it, showed me two additional rooms that were worse than the first one. Our neighbors were obvious drug addicts smoking inside and outside the room. No microwave, no fridge, roaches outside, and half of my electric outlets didn't even work. Never coming back here, I would rather sleep in my car.

Great location, some rooms have damaged flooring or cracked tv screen images, but employees willing to switch to another room. NO Unregistered Guests at night.

Thanks. Everything was great

The price for the hotel is really good for this location and the hotel by itself is clean and well maintain.
-
The only thing I would like is a microwave pretty much everything else all done made it easy were good. It’s pretty nice. Just would like to see an optional of getting a microwave.

This hotel is in a bad area. It has a lot of homeless people hang around there. I would not recommend this to another person. But for $59 I had no other choice to go there. The people in the room next to me were really loud and I cannot sleep. I asked the front desk if I could get a later check out so I can sleep and they did not accommodate me.
