If you want no Wi-fi access as promised, deceitful management, rude and incompetent staff and your security deposit not returned (stolen) despite no breaching of hotel rules or policies, this is your place.

This was such an excellent and rare find!! The cleanest housekeeping!! They even mopped the floor for us. The most wonderful and polite front desk service. We looked forward to the simple but fresh breakfast every day. They have the safest key-only entrance. There’s a 24-hour ihop right next to the parking lot so there’s always that! Our stay was gnarly dude!!

AC was broken and we’re suffering in the heat since the windows had no screens

The room had a very comfortable bed and it was quiet there. Breakfast was good. Close to a few restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The only negatives were that the AC was missing the guides to control the air flow, the remote back was missing, and there was a big cockroach that I had to kill.

Could have better parking.

The bathroom sink is with yellow stuff /dirty , water is leaking ,the tiles with yellow stuff , not properly clean , chipoed vinyl tiles ,exposed black wood , broken lock ,loud / noisy ,can hear the sound from outside the door, the unit above us , you can hear the sound , its not good at all ,the hair dryer is broken and got replaced by really old one ,with a very loud sound ,so scary to use , will not come back anymore.

Very easy checking in and out. Convenient location. Rooms was very nice and plenty of room. It was also very quiet.

I’ve never seen a worse breakfast given. Out of everything and a total mess! Unfortunately this place wasn’t worth the price. At least the bed was comfortable.

The property was terrible very loud and could not get any sleep because of people being loud plus the staff was not friendly or helpful will not stay at this hotel again

Overall, this was a halfway decent place to stay. The room was clean enough, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel met our basic needs, and we didn't have any major issues during our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to start breakfast a little earlier, especially for guests who need to get an early start. Earlier breakfast hours would make the experience much more convenient. Overall, it was an average stay with a few areas that could be improved such as painting the bathroom walls.
