The Midtowner Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western

very clean, comfortable bed and great air conditioning the microwave cord was not long enough to reach the electrical outlet

Second dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed, right behind Motel 6 in Redding. I have pictures. Long black hair on the bathroom floor, piece of food from previous occupants, too dirty to walk around barefoot in the room. Shower was partially flooding the bathroom floor upon arrival. Worse after showering. Ya ever gone too cheap?

Disappointing

Superb

Nothing bed bugs everywhere No ac and bed bugs everywhere

Good

Nothing The hotel is an old building like an apartment complex nothing pretty at all. The room was ok. The bed was dirty, the bedding wasn’t changed from last guess. Hair, sand and crumbs, management come over and they said no other rooms were available for me to switch and gave us clean sheets and left

Great room for sleep very quiet

We've stayed here a few times on our trips to Oregon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Didn't wake up in time for their breakfast they offer. Love the refrigerator in the room. If I could say anything Con...its that there was a tapping, clicking sound all night. Look forward to staying there again.

Clean rooms

Clean had iron and board shampoo and conditioner 1 h nice walk to old town Breakfast was a bit simple

Pleasant

For the price was okay .

It was a good hotel for the evening. A little noise from the streets. Older property that needs upgrades from the elevator to the exterior of the property. However the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent cable channels. The complimentary breakfast was ok. There's an IHOP next door if you wish.

Exceptional

Definitely a homeless issue staff was kind and welcoming, but a little bit slow on timing. Definitely not the best maintained but also a good price and no way we would go in the Jacuzzi.

It’s worth the price clean and great service beds are so comfortable and clean showers

Very good

I felt safe around the property because there's a security and cameras around the property. You may see homeless people, but they don't bother people. They go on with their business. It really helps to have security.

Clean and relatively inexpensive compared to other listings. Hot breakfast was minimal - egg rounds, sausage, cornflakes, coffee. No juices though dispenser was there.
