When I needed anything for my room I received it that Time with in 5 minutes

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Dude smoking Crack at 7 am in the parking lot lol

Clean room but I had slow, lagging and flaky wifi

Very clean , physical building is showing wear at entrance points . Staff are very dedicated and are constantly present maintaining the exterior and parking areas, this adds to the security and is quite reassuring to patrons.

Our room was clean, quiet and efficiently designed. It is a no nonsense layout. It was great to see that there were but four pillows considering that we use just ONE. A pet peeve is when you get six oversized pillows and have to find a place to put them. No issues.

Clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast included. But our shower didn’t have hand soap, shampoo nor conditioner, and our tv controller didn’t work

This is a well located motel allowing easy access to areas of interest in Sacramento, CA. The room I had was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I shall stay there again on my next trip to Sacramento.

Pros: great location, ample free parking and good water pressure. Cons: very noisy with loud, rambunctious guests. Every wall of the room was covered in stains, marks, holes and cracks. They literally taped the drain to the wall under the sink. Sink was cracked in half along with huge gash in the corner of shower. No housekeeping. No shampoo or body wash (bottles were completely empty which tells you how much they pay attention). When checking out, no staff at the front desk. Spent 30 minutes calling and waiting. Finally someone came and acted bothersome. Don’t be fooled by their attempt at a rebranding. It’s still gross and not maintained.

Everyone was amazing

Nothing The room had bugs, the front desk staff was very unpleasant during check in, we also had a "local" come open our doors when we pulled up. They also advertise for a pool, they don't have a working pool.

When we got there outside was bad with homeless people around.Sunday 21st we came back from dinner there was a lady of the night out side.came and asked if we want company.we made a reservation for a handicap room with walk in shower and king size bed the clerk told my wife we didn’t have one and there is handicap available wasn’t available. Hotel should tell you that they only have one handicap king size bed with walk in shower. When we where leaving my wife found a cockroach in her bed.health inspector should come and check the hotel room out I wil never book a room from this hotel and best western hotel. Anyone want to stay in this hotel I wouldn’t recommend it

Good and convenient

Horrible place, rooms are nasty, wall cracked, paint falling off, leaks under the sink, showers barely have hot water. They made me wait for more than an hour to check-in with excuses of terminal not working. They wanted cash. Either way noisy dangerous place, like crack heads breaking bottles, people fighting, homelessness. Don't stay if you have more money, if only choice then is ok, but don't leave valuables in room, and lock the door at night with the metal thing.

The only other thing was the breakfast was a little scarce.

Disgustingly filthy. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Light fixtures were broken and just hanging. Remote control for the TV was dilapidated. WALLS WERE BEYOND FILTHY. Luckily we needed only one night. I CANNOT believe Best Western has their name attached to this motel.

Price Clientele

The room was clean they offered breakfast. They had a variety of different options to stream or watch TV. I would say there again for the fact it was clean the room was and it’s in a good. I didn’t like that I got in at 1 AM. I asked through booking.com if I came in at 1 AM would that be OK? They said fine. I went to check-in. I got there at one in the morning on the 15th. They told me I had to check out by 11 AM on the 15th so I paid for a full night day or full day but only got cause I didn’t get up and go to work seven hours so I don’t think I would stay there again for that reason

It was a good location. Walking distance to different places. IHOP next door

We enjoyed our stay! Rooms were spacious enough. Would recommend.
