The worst thing about this property, however, is the very scary underground parking. It’s very hard to see and it’s extremely narrow, so if you have a larger SUV or vehicle, you are likely going to get a scratch, trying to make this extremely narrow bend. Our overall stay was perfect for what we needed it to be, as I stated, the gentleman was delightful and helpful, the unit was clean. And they had a nice little breakfast set up with some hot and cold foods in the morning. We just needed a little bit of repairs and a fair warning about the parking garage. There was no street parking or anything around available to park in an alternate space.

If you ask for a reservation for 6 adults there should be at least 2-4 extra pillows for pull out couch in the closet. And at least 6 body towels in the bathroom. And also be told about the breakfast.

This was a very nice place to stay for 4 nights. It was clean, the staff was helpful and housekeeping did a great job every day. The provided continental breakfast was basic, but much better than nothing. The only issue with the place was the lack of easy parking. The garage is very tight, and fills up fast. A large vehicle would not fit.

Location , was close to all the places I was going to visit. Internet/ WiFi was not great, had to keep trying to connect.

Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was limited, bedding cover was worn/stain, and pillows were very small.

Located across UC Davis. Very convenient

The gentleman who ran the place was fantastic. We were down because we had someone in the hospital. Even though I messed up and booked the wrong day he was patient and helpful and fixed it, can’t say thank you enough. Made what was a bad stressful situation a little better because of the kindness he showed. Parking is a challenge but the staff made it work.

It was close to the hospital. It was convenient and so easy to book day by day. I don’t have to park but if I had, I’d be scared to. The parking lot was so narrow.

Great location across the street from UCD medical center. Not much of a workout area.

The hotel is right across the street from the hospital; we were staying to support someone admitted for several days. Parking is free and it is easy to walk to the hospital. The room was spacious and VERY quiet! It was clean and the housekeeping service was good each day. The host was very welcoming; everything was truly "no problem". The furniture in the room is older and kind of saggy. The breakfast was pretty limited which is okay given the price, The other factors above far outweigh any negatives.

Great location when needing access to U C Davis hospital.

This place is disgusting. I arrived and there was several large gross stains on the bedding. I asked for a new room, and it was the same thing - filthy, unsafe conditions with gross stained bedding. So I left on the spot and found another place to stay. I’ll be demanding a refund from Hotels.com for failing to properly inform me of the horrific condition of this property.

Proximity to UC Davis medical center

Love how spacious the room and bathroom were. Parking. Very narrow to get in and out. Parking space was tight and small. It was always full and we can never get parking. We had to paid for a 3 day parking at UC Davis across the street. Very inconvenient.

The front desk staff member was welcoming and kind. The breakfast was your typical America hotel breakfast offerings; I’ve been spoiled by European breakfasts.
