Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Midtown

Skip this one. Dirty, unhelpful and rude. But the running toilet and dirty room was the worst of the worst.

The entire staff was kind and accommodating. The property was clean and well maintained.

Very convenient hotel as my son was admitted to Shriners so it was right across the street. Night shift staff was very helpful I can’t remember her name but she was beyond helpful

Clean room , air conditioning, gym super clean , staff was very friendly

Its a wonderful serene location next to the children's hospital. Their staff are kind and understanding. Great facilities and another amazing Marriot location. Loved my stay.

Live it

Front desk usually didn’t look up from their computer for a good amount of time when we or other patrons were standing there waiting for help. No look up or I’ll be just a minute, they weren’t on phone calls. They just didn’t look at us. The tvs that were in nice little cubbies or a 4 tv set with a nice couch didn’t let anyone change the channel or even turn the volume on loud enough to hear it 7+ tvs that served no purpose and when asked they told us they aren’t given the remotes or allowed to change anything and the ones in charge don’t want people watching them. Parking lot we had to pay to park and the spots were significantly smaller than a normal spot so cars were crammed in on each other. Overall these items made the stay not the best experiences. Basic politeness goes a long way. Be cheap and charge for parking instead of adding it to the hotel bill, but have full sized spots or include it in the bill.

No complimentary breakfast. Pay for parking. Staff are wonderful. Could have gotten something cheaper and drove a little bit further. Do yourself a favor and travel a bit.

USB ports provided in room were dirty and unusable. Coffee maker was only stocked with decaf. No soundproofing in the room. Luckily I was already awake when the neighbors alarm went off.

Very nice property. Not a whole lot of amenities in terms of restaurants that are less than 5 minute walk, but a lot certainly in 5 min driving distance. It’s within the UC Davis medical campus, with a lot of other healthcare facilities around so the neighborhood is very chill and pleasant. The hotel itself is clean, and well maintained. What you expect of a Courtyard property.

Spotless, elegant property with large rooms. Ours had a kitchen, don't know if that's standard here.

Clean spacious quiet room and lived the outdoor pool

We loved everything about our short stay. We got two rooms in both rooms right equally as clean. The staff both at the front desk and the bistro were friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean. The hotel is close to hospital, we were able to walk there. We used the pool and the dining areas, all well maintained and clean.

The linen and mattresses were come comfortable Handicap had to pay for parking

Very quiet and everything was clean and upgraded. Easy walk to UC Davis. You do need to pay separately for parking.
