Beautiful hotel with a caring and thoughtful staff. Special acknowledgment to Colton front desk service 5 star detailed and Walter with services they they were great and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. This was a perfect stay and I’ve stayed for decades in many hotels for. Westin, Marriott and Fairmont I wills recommend in a heartbeat. Lovely restaurants and cafes nearby.

The accommodations were pleasant enough. Conveniently located where our drive out for dinner and entertainment was not bad at all. Parking is a bit of a pain, but not terrible.

The location was within walking distance of the concert venue that we were going to. There is a nice lounge and restaurant. It was clean and comfortable. There is no free parking. You are required to park in a public parking structure and pay a daily fee for parking.

The room smelled terrible honestly, musty, stale… not sure what the issue was with the room but it didn’t smell nice at all. That said I really appreciate the bathroom products (Maelin & Getz) and the hotel itself is clean and vibey. I was disappointed that after letting them know I just got engaged they did nothing to recognize that after I let them know and the FD said they would connect me with someone who could help with some sort of room surprise etc. I think he forgot.
