The price was within my budget. looked clean and hotel staff were friendly and helpful no remote control for the TV. phone did not work so I had to take elevator downstairs to get the remote, twice as the replacement did not work. shampoo bottle was half full. tub was missing a fixture. had to pay for coffee. overall a bit dissappointed.

There is nothing good about this hotel! It is over priced for the service and quality of what a 3 stars should be. This hotel should be disable and go for a complete refurbishing. The bathroom itself was unwelcome. The curtains were destroyed, First of all, I was not expecting to pay for a hotel where people actually live in.There were dogs all over, mold smell from the entrance and in the bedroom. The bathtub was disgusting full of mildew , black mold all around it. The shower was leaking.

This hotel doesn't deserve a damn star...Came here for my honeymoon with my husband, it was a nightmare. Had a bit of a budget as we just recently got married, but jesus christ a motel is better run than this hole. Very disgusted. Health Inspection asap!

Location It is old. They need to upgrade the hotel. Some bathroom tub are full of rust. Drapes are torn. Only one elevator work and it is squeaky. Carpet was not vacuumed. I had an experience where it was obvious that the linen was not changed

They charge me $50 fee for damages . They were already damaged in the room. Everything staff was not professionally dress and welcoming . There was one gentleman who was very helpful and polite but his hands were ti d and could not much . The manger was not present and made things very difficult

We did not checked in for some reasons. We were about to check in when theres a note at the front desk that pool is closed if managers is not in, meaning my kids will be doing nothing. Appearance of the hotel plus smell when we entered is off. Did not bother checking in from the hotel smell and look of the hotel plus pool is closed so why bother, already proved whats in the review. Thats why I immediately booked another hotel.

The bedroom was clean. Plenty of parking. Desk personnel and room attendants were pleasant. Price was good. Brass handrail at entrance interior was very wobbly and needed repairs, obviously for quite a while by the looks of it. That's where you get a sense that the hotel has a low rating. The bathroom also needed a lot of repairs/updating.

Had to wait 1 hour for check in

The bed was extremely comfortable, linens very nice, towels extra nice. Room overlooking the Thruway entrance but surprisingly quiet, our room was on the 8th floor The bathtub was Rusty, the caulking was missing around most of the tub. Almost all the Lampshades were torn. It definitely needed some fixing up. Elevator the elevator doors had two chunks of material that was missing it was in need of some Renovations.

Honestly, only the location. TV cable did not work meaning the only channel(s) available (on every channel) was the same looping cable commercial. And the TV remote did not even work. The fire alarm was pulled out and left hanging. The bathroom had wall cement (big pieces) falling o
