Four Points by Sheraton Saginaw

Bathroom was dirty. Found someones contact lens on the floor. Dirt in the corner of the shower. Pool area was also dirty, there was a piece of chewed gum in it and you couldn’t smell chlorine at all, which was concerning. We typically stay here once a year for baseball tournaments. Will not stay here again.

The staff was rude at the desk a couple of times when we got the ladies working the desk and didn't really want to help. They were tucked back behind the wall and were too busy chatting with each other. Had asked for a ground floor room when I booked back in January because I had a mobility scooter and was told they didn't have any when we got there in June. They gave us the 5th floor which was a pain getting the scooter up and down the elevator. Didn't ask if I was a member or for my number!!!!!! Had to you get points if they don't ask

Fitness Room was OK, could use an actual bench, not something that looks like it came from someone's grandma's house circa 1935. May need to address some routine maintenance on the cardio equipment. Indoor pool was nice - no issues here Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom a little cramped, but no issues. pretty large room fridge as well, compared to previous properties I've stayed in.

Good size room and clean.

We booked what we thought was a two queen pool side room like we had two years ago. The outdoor portion of the pool is now filled in and pool side rooms no longer exist but the pics on the website and on Expedia still show the outdoor pool. A regular two queen room was at least $25 less per night than the two queen pool side we had. It’s very misleading.

There are two people who provided great customer service Raymond and Aundra!!! This was a horrible place to stay no housekeeping or clean sheets and not towel replacements!!!! The front desks has wrong notes and training to provide great customer service, the GM has horrible customer service I will never stay at this location again, it seems they can’t keep workers at this location just horrible

I was really disappointed that the microwave didn’t work. Our bathroom was not very clean. The room never got cold and at times was hot.

Very ghetto Had people doing drugs outside the building saw a needle on the ground definitely disturbing
