Food was horrible. Room service skipped our room twice. We request for new bedding sheets . They fixed ours. I saw roaches .

This facility was very dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Had an issue with our room smelling like cigarettes and the staff was on top o it to try to make it better, got us into a new room with no issues. Property was very clean & well maintained. Was a bit hot in the pool area but the pool (which was heated)and hot tub were clean. Breakfast the following morning was nice with a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again.
