My room was not cleaned prior to me striving not during my 2 day stay, there was hair in the sink and tub, someone else’s clothing was hung in the closet, the pool looked dirty, and the front desk attendant was not helpful in regards to the problem. Will not book again!

Room was okay, a few unclean parts but bearable. The waffle mix was hard to get moving and waffles had troubles coming from iron, juice wasn’t real, more like a tang mix (at least orange juice) there was complementary water and they did have a nice hard to find fitness room

During the room inspection, we discovered pubic hairs on the bed, indicating someone had been trimming. The bathroom was dirty and poorly cleaned. We spoke with AP Patel, the Night manager of the Choice Hotel, who informed us that they had no cleaning staff and no other rooms available. We have supporting photos. AP Patel provided us with a printed confirmation number for the refund from Choice Hotel and canceled our booking for the one night. When we called Hotels.com, they said they couldn't assist us until morning. I called in the morning. the Hotels.com agent assumed we booked and stayed. I am still waiting for my refund and the restoration of my used Key points. Hotels.com, itinerary number ending in 5220. Choice hotels, cancelation number ending in 2050.

Decent breakfast and the pool looked nice. Cleanliness was majorly lacking though. Dirt, hair and trash found around trim and in corners. I could tell it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.

When I arrived I was informed that the hotel “canceled” my reservation. Had to wait 20 minutes before I could finally get checked in.

No complaints at all. Pleasant staff. Comfortable room. Great continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Terrible . Hair all over the bed , lazy housekeeping , I cleaned my own room and the stuff that was on the towel should be studied , I wonder if they want there families living in that.

Check in was easy, lobby area is nice with the fireplace, breakfast area was organized and clean, rooms are large (a little TLC is needed though) but overall I’d recommend for a short stay.
