Air conditioner system air was not fresh Bed smelled like they had not changed the sheets ...Tv was not working staff tried to fix and was not successful Will not stay there again

Clean rooms and great staff

Very nice hotel. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast was excellent. They even gave you cookies to take back to your room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Schaumburg area.

Our room on the first floor) has what seemed to be a fruit fly infestation. We didnt notice until opening the blinds to checkout that probably 100 bugs were on the window screen and window sill inside the room. There was a very bright light from the parking lot through the night. Despite having two sets of blinds in the room, this was not enough to keep the light out and negatively impacted our sleep. Would not recommend

Great location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking lot was flooded. Hallways were loud. Wierd shower - you have to get in and close the shower door in order to turn on the water. So you're standing in it as you're adjusting the temp. Also water leaks out the bottom and floods the bathroom floor if you're not really careful.

We stayed for multiple days. Housekeeping comes every other day. On the day they were supposed to clean our room, they emptied the trash, replaced our towels and halfway made one bed. We asked the front desk if they could revisit our room the next day and they ignored our request.

This was a great hotel! It was a great location. A nice, quiet area. The rooms were clean and well kept. The air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was wonderful and the person working it kept things well stocked and clean. We would stay here again.

Everything was nice. The staff was awesome and very nice. Everytime I saw a staff member they greeted us. The room was clean but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Other than that the stay was great and the hotel was nice. I'll definately stay again, plus it was close to everything.

Nice location and very close to every store. My family loves it and enjoys the breakfast.

The rooms were clean though starting to show some wear in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Ants crawling around coffee area which was dirty especially around hole in counter for trash. fruit flies around waffles. Huge hole in building near entrance. Windows and doors very dirty at entrance. Morning staff mostly mute, walked up turned in cards got "thanks" never bothered ask which room, how was stay, nothing. Wouldn't stay again.

Excellent room and breakfast. Very convenient location and ample parking.

Noisy and old

Microwave door broken in room. Handle to room broken. The worst—- Feces left in the toilet. That tells you the room was NOT cleaned. The worst Marriott I have stayed at. Very disappointed as we were with several other rooms of people and did not have the option to leave.

Hotel was very clean, including the stair rails which is important for those who prefer stairs over the elevator. The breakfast offerings and food quality was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The eggs were made fresh, English muffins were fresh and they had a larger variety of fruits and nuts for the oatmeal. The coffee was also excellent. Outstanding!

Room was filled with mold, staff was helpful, manager well helpful he was able to notice the issues in the room.

So that’s my only issue I believe the lady’s name was Jennifer.
