My family stayed here as I was visiting family and it was worth the money. Staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the food was amazing, my twins enjoyed the pools. I was able to wash our clothes prior to leaving and the gym room is even clean.

We also like that the hotel is DOG FRIENDLY. We very much appreciate the hotel manager allowing us to have our 3 dogs with us (8 pound papillon, 28 pound boykin spaniel, 35lb small Munsterlander). We are a dog performing group that travel the country and need to have all 3 of the dogs with us. Very much appreciate your hotel accommodating us. This was our 2nd stay at your hotel because of that. Thank you. The beds and pillows were not comfortable to me. My daughter had no complaints for her bed though. Also didn't like the water pressure. The water in the shower at least in our room was not strong at all and it took forever to get all the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. Otherwise, we LOVE how HUGE the rooms are and a great big bathroom as well. We love everything else about the hotel.

This was my first stay in a Hilton Home2 Suites hotel and I was delighted with my room. It was spacious and bright and clean and had a great little kitchen that was well supplied with dishes and utensils. I loved the couch also- so much more comfortable than the usual hotel chairs. I’d definitely stay in this chain again if available on my travels.

The cleanliness the open space nice big bathroom comfortable bed The breakfast is not good the bathroom door is a sliding door and it does not have a lock on it the bathroom floors was leaking water from somewhere I don't know where it was coming from I think the seal at the bottom of the bathtub needs to be resealed

It was great hotel and beds were super soft for great night sleep. Loved the black out curtains. Our only negative was the family above us stomped around until after midnight preventing us from being able to go to sleep. Note: always as for top floor.

Every staff person that we interacted with was friendly, helpful and took pride in their work. We were very impressed and if in the area again will stay at this hotel.

Being away from home as a single mom with four kids this was very inconvenient and very stressful for me. It was also very disappointing for my daughter when she was not able to stay with her team. Plus, I did not receive an email or a call or anything telling me that my room was overbooked. I did not find out until later in the evening when we were all exhausted from a long day at tournaments. The front desk told me that they did not have my contact information but how did I get this email and to ask me how my stay was???? I want full compensation

The room was clean and cozy. They are pet friendly and there were barking dogs. Staff corrected the problem, but my preference is "No Critters." This may influence customer choices.

Suite was spacious and quiet.
