Sustain: The rooms are spacious and the appliances work. Rooms are clean, and have plenty of outlets. Gym equipment consists of Life Fitness ellipticals and treadmill. Common areas are well kept, and the front desk staff went above and beyond.

I love the kitchen in the room. Not a huge fan of the bed, it was too soft.

The entire staff at this hotel are so friendly that they make you feel like you’re old friends. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in for the last year. It could’ve cost less

Room could use better cleaning. Handprints and grime all over doors, dirty dishes in cabinet, sticky in refrigerator, etc

Total disappointment! When we walked into the room, both sets of curtains were torn, we found a hug centipede and spider! The chairs were ripped, appliances were dirty, and we wouldn’t sit on the couch as it was disgusting. The hotel associate barely spoke to us and was watching a loud tv. While the hotel offered free breakfast, we would not eat it given the lack of cleanliness. We expected so much more from Marriott given the good reviews on Expedia and were completely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Usually the there is never any problems at all but this time one of the rooms had fleas bad. They did change our room immediately so that was greatly appreciated. Otherwise as usual the stay was great.

Location close to Dow Center after concert. Good breakfast but I don't eat breakfast. We booked for use of hot tub. They didn't have a hot tub anymore. Said they got rid of it one year ago. False advertising.
