Super 8 by Wyndham Saginaw

I want to start this off by saying that we have stayed at this facility a number of times throughout the years. This is the first time that we have had major issues. The check-in was longer than expected. Once we got our room, the bathroom was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and thy gave us another room. That bathroom was worse than the first. We decided not to stay and move to another hotel.

The place was a dump. When we pulled into the parking lot at 4 in the afternoon we were the ONLY car in the lot. Breakfast was choice of 4 bagels or cereal. About a dozen people live there and they let the 6 kids run all over the place.

Nothing. The place was a dump. But unfortunately it was the only option. They took my deposit, and can’t get ahold of them. 10/10 will not be back.

Close to the highway. The complementary breakfast was pretty weak and the coffee vending machine produced the worst coffee I've had in years.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Having said that, I think that the owners were saving costs by skimping on the cleaning staff and budget. The hotel was not well maintained, and is in need of a good deep clean.

I would not recommend this place very dirty everything is old and outdated my room had a leaking sink so there was water all over the floor they don’t offer breakfast it’s really dirty

They were renovating making outside look nicer. They upgraded us after the first night to a king room. The manager was very nice. The owner was not as nice. Matinece man was hard working and very nice. We have visited this super 8 a bunch of times was probably first time we havnt been satisfied. We will stay next year again here and hope this was just a one off. We got a room that was sposed be a queen room had a double bed. The shower was renovated but there was no way to turn it on. They did upgrade us to a different room after they tried to fix the problem.

Dirty room ,paint all over carpet. Tub had paint in it. Microwave and refrigerator didn't work

Location was nice. Room wasn't very clean.

Room and facility were nice

Location It was supposed to be a smoke free floor, someone was smoking marijuana in the evening, tried calling front desk no one answered. Bathtub had a crack in the bottom and leaked everywhere flooding the floor.

Mold and hair all over the bed

The whole experience was what I expected for the price. I was very happy. I liked everything. We didn't have a problem with anything.

Nice and clean Could use updating on outside. Heat could have been turned on before we got there.

A very quiet facility I thought it had a great location. The staff was very well-versed in their job duties and treated me with respect at all times.???????

Didn't like anything about this stay except the location. This location HAS BEDBUGS AND REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT EVEN AFTER SHOWING PROOF THAT ITS IN THEOR ROOMS. The hotel also refuses to give a refund on the stay after having to treat your entire household because you stayed here. They dont sterilize or clean things properly nor do they have mattress covers to help protect the bedding. This place is just nasty! We still have pics of this! All we asked for was our one week to be refunded after discovering them and supposedly they claim these aren't bedbugs! Im appalled. So still no refund and clearly these are bugs!
