The complementary breakfast was more than just the ordinary!!! A place I would stay again on my next trip to st Augustine

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, sufficient and refreshing. Breakfast was included. Would stay here again.

Nice new facility. Room was clean and comfortable. Silly thing was having to insert your room key in a slot to keep the overhead lights on.

The beds were super firm, very uncomfortable. Apparently you have to ask for a mattress topper. Why this isn't standard I have no idea why. The staff member didn't mention a mattress topper was ever an option for the hard beds until I checked out 3 days later. Pillows are awful ( feather/ super soft). Terrible 3 nights of sleep. Had to switch rooms because of extra hard bed and lose floor board in the first room, yes they up charged me when going from a king to a queen. Complimentary breakfast was terrible. You also pay $10/ day/ per car to park, despite what expedia says. Really disappointed with my stay. Feel like I deserve a refund. Won't stay here again. I hate bad customer service & poor quality accommodations.

Might stop over on my way back to Fort Lauderdale. It was a very good place. Didn’t really have any complaints

The rooms are all spacious suites, with two queen beds and a sofa which can be turned into a bed. Breakfast is included and it was perfect with many choices, including make your own waffles. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Shout out to Simon at the front desk who is amazing. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit St. Augustine.

In addition, the parking spaces are extremely narrow, and guests are charged for parking. Considering the hotel’s 5-star rating, I expected a higher level of service and convenience.

Great location very nice and clean

Very spacious and clean room, comfortable bathroom, extremly friendly staff in reception, good location. Very very poor breakfast, very different to nice room. Horrible scrambled eggs, week coffe from thermos, no vegetable or fruits, poor choice of pastry, plastic plates, cups and cutlery, bare plastic tables. And two black plastic bags at the entrance to the dining room ... horrible.
