Everything was great! Really appreciated the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Only criticism would be that the toilet was way too low to the floor, so it wasn’t comfortable.

Very clean new construction hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. Seriously don’t understand every hotel in the southeast charging for parking, but whatever I guess. Would stay again.

The only thing I wish the room had was a microwave. Having one available would have made our stay even more convenient. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and perfect for our 3 night stay. I am not sure when the hotel was built but they did a great job remodeling it. They provided breakfast which helps when traveling. They had several different options available. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was a great way to start the day. One feature I especially appreciated was the hotel’s security. You needed your room key not only to access the guest room floors but also to enter the hotel after hours, which made us feel safe during our stay. The location is just a few minutes from downtown St. Augustine. While it’s on the outskirts rather than in the heart of downtown, I actually preferred that because it was quieter while still being close to all the attractions. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with check in where they did not have my second room reserved and I had to pay for the second room. I called expidia and they solved the issue for me and reimbursed me the money I paid for the second one. Everything else was good. The rooms were confortable the beds and pillows were amazing. I will stay again if going to Saint Agustin's in the future

Hotel was new and very clean! Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Beds were stiff so ask for mattress pads if they have them (I didn't know to ask).
