Very convenient location and an excellent price for all the services and facilities they provide. Attentive staff with excellent service.

Nothing other guest can be a pain

The staff was very friendly and happy to help. They answered the phone quickly when I called desk. The property is clean, the air conditioner was cold enough to make a penguin shiver. Good place to rest while on road trip. Good location for stores and food.

Location was the only good thing. Hotels last minute were sold out and we found this place. When arrived, room had clogged toilet and sink. It was dirty. Then was moved to another which had the microwave broken. The nice front desk came and switched it. She herself installed it. It was still not very clean. The sofa was stained. The toilet seat was lose, the maintanence had to come the next day to fix it . Just gave off one of those creepy motels vibes. Just so many unfortunate details. The service was good though, both of the clerks were very accomodating and teied their best to esure some level con confort for us. Greatly appreciate their understanding and good manners. Thank you ladies for making our stay acceptanble unders the corcumstances. The Pool needs extensive work.

The room was not clean. The shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, there was dirty toilet paper left from the previous guest, and the furniture was torn and stained. There were also smudges from unknown substances on the walls.

The location was convenient. I asked at check in about safety due to traveling with my dogs. He said the police station is right across the street. My room was facing the street. The side of the hotel facing other hotels felt sketchy to me but everything was OK. I checked other hotels in town (Homewood) but their fees for everything were ridiculous. Flagler Inn was just fine without all the nonsense fees. Saved hundreds! The grounds seemed a little messy when walking my dogs. If you are a pet owner just keep an eye out for sharp glass on the ground. You have to be aware of your surroundings anyway wherever you are with dog walking.

Room was pretty run down. Breakfast was very congested, had to wait a while for the food. Would NOT stay again. It was only for 1 night and we rolled into town late but otherwise I would have changed hotels.

Great location, friendly staff. Very accommodating as our flight was delayed. Mini fridge hummed nonstop in our room at least. There were bugs coming out of cracks from previous repair jobs in near sink and bathroom… having worked for a hotel before, I’m sure those issues were brought up, may be someone in another department trying to cut corners.

Rooms nicely appointed. Great Value. Convenient location away and near historic downtown St Augustine. Breakfast lacking choices but good enough. No coffee maker in room.

The salt water pool was a great way to end the day. I love that they had coffee available all day/night. There were extras we didn’t need but were there (laundry room and rec room). The location was perfect. Far enough from the business of the historic area but only 5 minutes to get there. We look forward to staying there again when we take a quick trip down from Georgia.

The location and the free breakfast It was dirty and the room service staff does not know how to clean a room. The most they can do is fix a bed.
