Overall very neat and safe

I was in the hotel for 3 days and none of these day the room was cleaned and the towels changed. The last day was a really nasty smell coming out of the bathroom drain. Breakfast was so poor. the menu was poor. There wasn't anything to make waffles or pancakes, no hamburger or sausages; there was only one type of bread and just a single toaster leading to long time waiting for guests to use it. as of protein, there were only small, pre-made tortillas with cheese and pepper. For those of us who are lactulose intolerant, or don't like peppers in tortillas, there wasn't even any other option for at least plain scramble eggs. The pool I don't use it because it was a little bit dirty and too small for the capacity of the hotel.

The hotel was great.!.The staff were so helpful ..We were there for the 4th of July.. check in was easy..The location was great , the pickup and drop off for the hop on and off trolley was right there at the hotel ..Very happy with the over all experience.

Overall stay was okay. The room shower on the roof had mold, black mold. Not expected from Marriott. The staff was a little bit of, kind of dry. The last day, gentleman basically shut off the lights while we eating our breakfast. Besides that, everything went pretty well.

When we arrived back later that evening, we went to our room and again the loud A/C was running with a puddle of water under it. My girlfriend had taken a sleeping pill to fall asleep so the loud noise was not an issue for her. I figured I would turn on the TV and try to use the sound level to drown out the noise of the A/C. Unlucky for me, the TV did not work. By now it's about Midnight so I went to the front desk to tell them of our concerns. No help there, I was told the manager would be there in the morning if I wanted to talk with him. In the morning we went down to talk with the manager, but he was not there. I had to leave my # and was told he would contact me later. We went to eat the breakfast they offered but were very disappointed. What was offered was cold cereal, various fruit, milk, orange juice, english muffins and some cold egg folded over thing. Just FYI...Please pay a little more and go somewhere else. You will be disappointed here.

The hotel was clean and located close to restaurants. Breakfast was included but needed more variety of items.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay there next time we travel to St. Augustine.

VERY limited breakfast options compared to other comparable hotels. Other than that, the hotel was clean and convenient to all attractions, staff was helpful.

We like the location more distant from the congested town but close enough to drive there to visit. It quiet and I like the trees there with Spanish Moss. The remodel looks great.

The location plus, we have stayed at this site a few times before the takeover It was clean, the decor was okay by the front desk. I thought the furniture was too small for the hight of floor to ceiling. Tv far too small. Breakfast still cheesy, the breakfast lady was a little lazy, food not stacked and she in the back reading. We decided to go out to eat.

Location and price First room they gave us wasn’t cleaned and we were told the next morning it would be so my kids could be next to us like originally planned. However, it never got cleaned till the last day of the week. Plus we were told to leave the dining area at 1130 from playing a board game when it wasn’t supposed to be closed. Only the pool closed at that time. The following night we spoke to the manager and were told we didn’t have to leave. We weren’t being noisy or disruptive. Just wanted a place together since we didn’t have rooms on the same floor.
