Quality Inn St Augustine Historic District Area

Great!

Staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice touch. My kids enjoyed the pool but it is very deep. Room was clean. We had an issue and it was fixed in a timely manner. The property as a whole needs some TLC but it is located less than 10 mins from the historic area.

I was disappointed in the property. It looked like it had not been maintained. Overgrown landscape and parking lot had trash.

Very nice room, comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful at check-in. Location was convenient for local sites. Pool was nice, although some upkeep is needed.

Room was clean and smelled clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked well, no complaints for a cheap room

Met with a parking fee which is just a money grab scam as there is plenty of parking. Typical half the motel is empty but let’s put you in the back building upstairs between 2 other occupied rooms. So you have to carry your stuff up the stairs for zero reason. Breakfast was there but not much. Room was pleasantly nice though and ac was great for a change in a motel room.

Clean room, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was ok. The eggs were definitely made from powder.

The Inn is walking distance from many St Augustine attractions.

We had a coffee maker but no coffee the entire 4 nights we were there! There were 4 cups initially which were never replenished. The only towels we rec’d. was a bath mat change every day until the last 2 nights. Our beds were never made!

Comfortable . Great location. Excellent value. Good breakfast.

The staff is always great , friendly and helpful. I've stayed here many times. Having to pay for parking.

Quiet peaceful Nothing

For a quality in, this place is managed really well and felt like a holiday inn.

We stayed here last year when it was Southern Oaks and they had dog beds and dog bowls in some of the rooms. Now that it's Quality Inn, all of that is gone. They have a fenced dog park but the grass was so high I could hardly see my chihuahua. There was no poop bags where there was supposed to be and the garbage can at the dog park obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. We were staying for 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels. The pool was a decent size but it had a lot of trash floating around in it. The rooms were clean and the staff at the desk was great, they let us check in a little early. They had a nice breakfast too. There were people doing work around the place so maybe it'll be ship shape in no time.

The check-in was great. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The overall condition of the property was less than we expected. The facility needs a general facelift in our opinion.

Inexpensive Charge for parking, breakfast and shuttle to downtown when it was running, not how it was when they were southern oaks.
