I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was and it's amenities. Close driving distance to historic St Augustine. Breakfast was perfect and their staff helpful. They had a nice pool. The bushes around the pool just needed a little bush trimming. I would go back again.

Breakfast was okay. I wish there were more variety on the hot food options. Overall it was a pleasant stay. No issues. Cold AC hot water clean linens.

The room and bathroom were not clean, and the overall property felt poorly maintained. The breakfast was very disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. The staff was also unfriendly and unhelpful. Another downside is that it’s not close to the historic district, so it’s not convenient if you’re planning to explore the main attractions.

We have stayed at his property for the last 4 years. The have sold the property to Quality Inn the property is not maintained, mold on all the outside walls not to mention the shower. The shower head was black with hair on the floors. We had two rooms and both were dirty also no tv remote. When I went to the front desk to address my concerns the staff did not care, the most they dud was give ma a tv remote and a new set of towels. Very disappointed.

Check in was fast, rooms and facilities were clean, breakfast included and small fee per day on a shuttle to the downtown area. Highly recommended

The fact it was pet friendly comfort was good clean. The pet park was loaded with fleas. That is something that should be attended to.

Very nice property. It looks kind of old on the outside and needs updating but don't let that deter you. The inside is beautiful rooms ate amazing and clean. Great staff. Breakfast is okay and hot. Very nice and the pool is super clean and great
