Great spot close to historic district! Nice room and perfect for single or couples.

Price The security door guard was broken in our room. Our hands couldn't fit under the bathroom faucet.

Sheets were not clean, found hair on pillows. The water at the Kitchen sink had dead insects and water drained slow.

Very sweet little hotel looks like family ran. The outside seem to be a little rustic but the inside looked to be updated. it was definitely very nice to stay.

Room was nice and clean, just very small and an older building. Worked for us because we were only at the hotel to sleep. Would stay here again.

Took forever to get someone to the office to be able to check in. Then about midnight the property owners/management team decided to start yelling and arguing right outside our door/window area. Then they refused to come to the office to handle our check out. Definitely do not recommend for a relaxing getaway. Pool was tiny and closed during our stay. It was also not very clear water so we wouldn’t have swam in it anyway.

Good size room, ac was clean and cold. Room was dirty and bedding and towels didnt seem clean either.floor made my feet dirty right away. Good for one night tho

Nice property but units are severely in need of updating and modernization. Linens need to be replaced

Our family stopped for a night to break up our trip and we will definitely stay again. The parking was small but we parked right outside our door. The rooms are spacious with a little kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The area was quiet and staff friendly

This was was probably a nice little place in its day. It had a couple, now disused, bar areas. It was pretty clean, but the room had a slight musty odor. The shower ceiling paint was peeling and the water never got warm. After ten minutes of water running, I just sucked it up and took a super quick shower. It appears, to me at least, that to make ends meet they have rented out some rooms as low cost efficiencies. I'm not being judgmental, but it was obvious that the few people constantly sitting outside their rooms and chain smoking, were not in St Augustine on vacation.

My stay was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly Nothing at all. Everything was great
