The Cozy Inn

The WiFi was terrible. The TV was connected to the WiFi to stream programs. I could not watch TV for about half of my stay because either the apps would not work or the WiFi was buffering. Other than that, my stay was great.

This little hotel is a find in St. Augustine. It has an Old Florida feel to it and the rooms are spacious with comfortable bed, fridge, microwave and clean bathrooms. All you really need if you plan to spend most of the touring and at the beach. Easy access to Vila o Beach and a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the historic district. A great way to save on parking craziness and fees.

Conveniently located. Good mattress-but watch out for black metal bed frame support on each side of bed! I slid a white napkin underneath these supports. Black pole above dark floor-a toe catcher for sure! Good AC units. Minimal amenities with low quality decor, kitchen items, etc. Lots of little maintenance things-kitchen cabinets nicked-up, tv sits in a recessed box?, mat on front step & inside door do not ‘catch’ shoe debris, no broom to sweep out dirt, refrigerator covered in fingerprints, worn couch, side chair upholstery cut, glass top coffee table-a danger if you have kids there & not ideal for kicking up your feet. Man with blower going at 7 am. Small bathroom with light/vent switches outside in hall. Water pressure good & plenty of hot water to shower. Lots of steps to bathroom & bedroom. ⬆️⬇️ Pretty noisy hvac? under step area in locked pantry. Units are named. Ours was the Colonial unit.

We always stay at the Cozy Inn. It's clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

We stayed for two nights in the roomy suite. Simple no-frills lodgings in a good location near downtown, with convenient parking, exceptionally clean and well maintained, friendly staff, zero complaints.

We will surely come back same room

It was an overall good stay. The shower is extremely small. Hard to move and get clean in. A detachable shower head would of helped alot. Some of the floors were slanted and front door was hard to get closed. Our porch light didn't work and linen closet door was hard to open and close. It was extremely clean minus dishes were put away dirty. So I did wash them. Bed was comfortable. They had cute shampoo, soap, sponge to use. Cute town house at price would stay again.

5 Stars all the way. The hotel is very close to all the attractions. Clean and housekeeping is excellent.

The room was very clean, quiet, The housekeeping staff is excellent, have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Best hotel in St. Augustine.

We love this hotel! It is extremely clean, and the people are wonderful. This is probably the least chain hotel in the world (which is a good thing). They tell you they want it to feel like home—and it does. We always stay in a suite, which is usually half the price of a room at a chain. One thing—it is a mile walk to the historic district, which can be hot in the summer!

Room was amazing, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The amenities were perfect. Overall a great experience, the only thing I would fix are the doors. Front door was too difficult to lock and the bedroom doors, when closed, would move everytime the A/C turned on and off.

This was a charming mini apartment! We only stayed for an extended weekend but this would have been perfect for a week stay or longer. Minutes from Vilano. There is a Publix and Winn Dixie in opposite directions minutes away. Also, walking distance from downtown if you wanted to. I would stay here again. Loved it!
