Having pool open for use Room downstairs and close to parking. Small tv in master bedroom bigger than ultra small one in other bedroom. Icemaker actually working. That the code to the room actually worked. And when it did not able to get a new code to get in, was easy! Coming back from lunch and finding my parking spot has someone else parking in it. Got that person who was there to address the issues I had in my unit. Which was light out in master bathroom and the shower curtain that would not stay up. The lights were replaced and same with shower rod, once it was called in. Should of been done prior to arrival. Having to be in the shower to actually get water on to a temp. No way to not turn on water for shower without being in it! So used a towel to cover the shower head to keep water off me until I got to temp I wanted to wash with. Next day finding again spot taken by crew working in closed rec area and then having to wait for maintenance crew to move their truck from my parking space. Fan blades above bed in master bedroom dark edged w/dirt buildup. NOT CLEANED! Carpet with lots of black spots and part of kitchen flooring torn up. Needing to clean the coffee maker. Cleaning of room cost way too much for what needed to be done and was not! Very long walk to beach and no way to wash off sand if coming from parking lot. Only place to wash off feet was at pools. Trying to upload JGP photos to show the issues but they errored.

Our accommodations were very welcoming and comfortable. We loved having access to a washer and dryer since the location was super close to the beach. The location made it easy to enjoy as much beach time as we wanted! The pool and spa areas were well kept as well. Communication with people at the resort was always friendly and helpful even though we didn't actually see the people in charge. Check in and check out were easy. This location and style of accommodations fit our family very well and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great value! The only thing I would request is more towel hangers in the apartment. Since we had a ground level room and have a large family, it was challenging to lay things out to dry. The in-apartment dryer helped tremendously with that issue though.

Booked a 2-bedroom apartment and were surprised to actually get 2 connected units that make comfortable stay for 2 families. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry in a unit. BBQ area near our building was closed for renovation, so was enable to use it. Beach area is reachable and acceptable, however not a cleanest one.
