The staff was very nice, but it needs more toilet paper , shampoo and conditioner

Stayed 2 nights with 2 kids. Beds were very comfortable! Nice pool! Staff were friendly.

1 night stay to breakup our Roadtrip just resting our heads Basic Accommodations water pressure terrible. But was quite The man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating No elevator and the Continental Breakfast was good

The property was walking distance to the beach. Staff was friendly. Everything was very clean. The breakfast.is coffee/tea, juice, bagels, packaged pastry, or oatmeal, grits. My bed was a little creaky.

The front desk person was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but nothing fancy. It was a little worn in the bathroom. Parking was easy. The breakfast was all carbs and sweets so I only had coffee.

First off check in went very smooth front desk man was very kind and professional. Parking is free, When we entered our room it was very clean and presentable. Everything worked great, the shower, the WiFi, very nice TV’s. The AC I did have some issues with however but we ended up getting it to work but was a little intermittent. But everything else was perfect! Will stay here again over other places especially for the price and how nice it is.

This place was nice, but the prices were a little high. I booked a couple of months in advance and still paid almost $400 for 2 nights. I was happy with the motel overall. The cost.

Great location right by the beach, and the property was nice and quiet. Good value for the price overall. It's a bit of a drive to get to anything other than the beach. The water pressure in the room was pretty weak, and the beds were a little hard. Breakfast was also very basic and disappointing—just coffee, orange juice, Pop-Tarts, bagels, oatmeal, and instant grits.

Room was clean. Didn't have to pay extra for parking which is a plus to me! Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and accommodating. Pool area and pool was very nice as well. Well worth the price!!

We were hesitant to stay here but took a chance due to the price. We’re glad we did! It was so quiet, comfortable, clean, and the staff were so nice. Excellent stay, especially for the price.

Bad

Pool was nice. Breakfast was simple but nice. Room 106 smelled strongly like moisture. There was a dehumidifier in the room that we turned on and emptied several times. Had to go out and buy a candle to help with the smell. Lock in room jammed once and wouldn’t open.

The check-in was quick and easy (faster than most hotels where I've stayed) and the staff was INCREDIBILY friendly and helpful. The A/C worked very well and the room was clean. The pool was awesome and also very well maintained. The breakfast was convenient but there weren't a lot of choices. I would definitely stay here again. The only complain I had is that the water pressure in our room could have been slightly better. It wasn't bad... it just wasn't amazing. Also, as mentioned above, while it was VERY convenient to grab a quick eat before heading out for the day, the choices weren't great... Oatmeal, grits, Orange Juice, muffins, poptarts, bagels, and coffee. Some fruit (apples or bananas?) would have been helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, super clean room and beds. More vending options would be nice but nothing bad about the property.

Very good

This is our choice of places to stay when we visit St. Augustine Beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. The pool area is nice. The breakfast is small. Pretty much muffins, bagels, pop tarts and oatmeal. No frills there. All in all we really like the property.
