Friendly people by the pool. Loved the location on the beach enjoyed the guy playing music could of went later in the evening. Wish the singer played longer. Only thing I needed longer.

The staff is so approachable and really want to make sure you are satisfied. We really enjoyed the music bingo while we had our dinner ! The beach is clean! The LOBBY is clean! There are outhouses on the beach as well, but unfortunately spaced far apart, for us we had to go back to our hotel room. We really enjoyed the music coming from the Tiki bar while lounging or swimming at the pool. Live music outside was also enjoyable! You definitely want to get ocean view if your staying here. I had partial and it wasn't exciting you look out your room into the parking lot and have to go out on the balcony and turn your head to left and now you have partial ocean view. I also would go 1st floor if I came back to this resort just for the convince of a bathroom. We had surf and turf bowl which was good and we also had a Poke bowl which was very, very good. The hotel room bathrooms do not have adequate counter space. The ledge on wall beside the sink is tilted downward so unusable. The chairs in the hotel room are not comfortable . They are hard and left marks in my legs. The carpet felt tacky so I had to keep something on my feet all the time. Balcony is very small, when you sit in the chair you have about 12" until your knees hit the railing. Lobby bathrooms really nice. Outhouse is bathroom for the pool it is unisex, did not use went back to my room on 4th floor instead ,so not convenient. THE DRINKING WATER IS HORRIBLE! EVEN WITH FRUIT IN IT! So ended up buying water to drink. Our hands stayed tacky feeling no matter how many times you washed your hands and hand sanitizer would not get rid of it. When we left Saint Augustine our hands went back to normal feeling. The food disappointment was the hamburger came out very well done and dry and the collard greens were way tooo salty could not eat them. The first night eating here the Poke bowls and Surf and Turf were generously filled. The second night we only had about half as the first night. Our third night still about half the amount of food. So we let our waitress know and she came back with a side dish of more vegetables for the Poke bowl

Restaurant on site was a nice touch. The breakfast was good. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny. The partial view was a sliver of the ocean.

We loved our beach view room. The bed was very comfortable as well. People were smoking in the Gazebo

The rooms were great. The restaurant was inconsistent as we asked for coffee one morning and they wouldn't give it to us. But while we were having our breakfast, they gave coffee to go to a patron. See above. The tiki bar was not open late enough, but it was a great experience. And we loved the drinks!! We also enjoyed sitting outside when the weather permitted. It's very comfortable.

I didn’t like it at all. And neither did my grandkids. Says kid friendly that’s why I picked it. Had little flies in our bathroom the entire time. Dead bug of some sort underneath the bed. (Kids see everything) the room smelled funny. These things were brought to the attention of the front desk when I checked out a day early and took a loss in many ways. Like I said up there I did not like the place at all.

This is one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. The location was perfect. The staff are amazing and always helpful. The accommodations were great. The bed was extremely comfortable the room was very clean. The restaurant and bar inside the lobby was perfect for the evenings we wanted to stay in and the pool and tiki bar was great. Nothing. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beach

A very lovely place. Rooms were lovely but uncomfortable and loud. Doors did not keep noise out and for some reason people tended to congregate out in the halls.

The Resort greeted us with enthusiasm and generosity. The staff is Great and Managment leads the way. Now the food & service EXCELLENT !!! That the two buildings were not connected....
