I love the location. It was close to everything right down from the beach beautiful place.. The property is very old needs to be updated. Very dirty has mold in the bottom rooms. I had to switch my room.

Fridge and microwave Had to keep AC below 70 to not get condensation everywhere

The location was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good. The room, especially the bathroom, was in complete disrepair. There have been obvious water leaks in the ceiling and walls of the bathroom, and they were literally splitting at the seams of the drywall. The smell of mold was bad, and we saw what appeared to be several spots of black mold. Water was very slowly seeping from either the wall or the toilet hookup. It was cleaned well, but no amount of cleaning would have solved these problems. Had we not already unloaded, unpacked, and been exhausted, we would have left.

Close to beach longer tha said it was Beds

Quite. Not busy. Dirty feeling. Not kept up. Rusty metal and stained lamps. Poor unsightly interior. Uncomfortable bed.

Had to pay $10 dollars for parking . Office lady said it was because of non stayers parking for the beach. Guest at hotel have to for violating, you stay, you pay!!!!

When we had problems with our room they quickly moved us. Staff helped with where good places to eat and visitors to see were. Too far from beach for me. I thought it was closer.

The staff is good This awful place got mold in the roof and wall on the rooms, it took me 2 hours to clean my room, beds full of dog hair and dirty floors, need it to go to reception and get stuff to clean, all full of dust, with water in the floor because you can't put the ac over 68 degrees, people smoking weed around your kids, roaches running around and over you at night, just an awful nasty place, staf very helpful but there is nothing they can do about it Internet is really bad too,

Location Really nothing bad

Had an issue with the hotel triple charging, mis charging and then slowwwww refunding. The morning desk clerk (Kenya I believe) was very helpful in getting the situation sorted and handled everything very professionally. The room itself is quite dated and the shower was half cleaned and the tub stopper was completely disconnected and useless and gross. The room didn’t smell musty but yet I still came down with a mold reaction. We stayed one night and for the money, we got exactly what was expected. Great beach location. White linens. Decent bed. Working ice machine.

The WATER!

If i hadn't looked at my bank account, they would have double charged me for my stay. It took forever to get it sorted out. The girl at the desk when I called to address the problem, told me that there was nothing she could do because she doesnt know what happened. The bathroom in our room was much smaller than the picture made it look. Breakfast was just ok. I dont think I will be staying at this property again on my next visit

The staff was friendly and professional. Assigned first to a room that smelled moldy and wet. Reassigned immediately to another room which was far better room. However, there was no water pressure in the shower. The plumbing and water pressure system needs to be revamped and upgraded.

Good place to stay, for the price.

Need a remodeling. Bed was comfy but the room smell musty. Staff was great. Old musty room, nasty elevator. Dirty walkways to the room.

It would be a great hotel if proper renovations could be improved. AC leaks from every room; unfinished areas were band-aid finishes. Keeping the AC at 70 degrees leaves a moist feeling on clothes and in the atmosphere. I recommend that this company brand needs to put its money into this hotel.

Rude personnel with racism feeling except the maintenance guy whom I spoke to while checking out and he apologized. Won't recommend them

It was close to everything It is a very old building. It had mediocre remodeling. Water pressure was terrible. The deodorizer they use in the rooms was nauseating.
