The owners were so personable and friendly. I felt like I could trust that I would be well taken care of during my stay. Some updates may be needed in the future but it was still comfortable.

No wow factor at all Hot rooms smelly rooms and blood stains on pillow cases and hairs on sheets Overall will never stay there again

This place was very convenient to both the historic sites as well as the beaches area. The pool was peaceful and quiet. So was the property. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I was able to use the cart to bring my personal belongings to the elevator into my room, both upon arrival and departure. Very convenient. I would stay again as well.

I went down over memorial Day weekend. The location is very good if you want to go into town or go to the beach you're kind of in between. Easy to get to. The issue is with the towels and the room. We're only given two towels, and they were thin as paper and as scratchy as glass on sandpaper. The air conditioner was very loud and to make the room comfortable it had to be set very low. The TV remote control was just basically a pain in the ass. And the TV was poor quality .

Location! Location! Location! Practically on the beach! Parking anywhere in Saint Augustine is difficult. Within walking distance of A Street, half a dozen great restaurants. Beachcomber, outdoor tables On The Sand. Mango, Mango, Unique. Four others. Simple, Straightforward, Clean. FREE Parking!

We checked in at dusk and were greeted once we ring the outside bell because there wasn’t an attendant visible to us but they had camera to see outside. We didn’t wait long at all. The attendant gave me a hard time at checkout even though I had reservations through Expedia and my ID. The card I was using didn’t have my name printed on it

Checked in went to the room to find it smelled of mold and mildew, there were stains all over the comforter in one room and the other had holes burnt in the blanket. Sheets and towels were dingy yellow room just appeared to be unclean and unkept. The shared balcony door did not lock and was difficult to open. There was no climate control. Went straight down to the office to notify them they got angry telling us nothing was wrong with the room. I tried to check out so we wasn’t charged for the rest of our stay they refused to check us out or give anything showing we wasn’t staying. Very disappointed with the entire situation. Do not waste your time or money at this place. 3 other families were experiencing the same thing in the hour we were in the lobby trying to resolve similar situation.

Small microwave we don’t use. Coffee pot worked. Elevator to the third floor useful especially with outside access for indoor rooms.

They charge for parking and are very rude people.

Location Everything is wearied off. TV of very bad quality. Someone’s underwear on the stairs. Mattress and bad covers looked old and outdated. Coffee maker and coffee bags are terrible. I will not stay there anymore.
