Walkable to gorgeous beach. very clean room. Large bathroom. Perfectly perfect. The temperature in the room was cool but it was slightly Humid.

The bathroom door was like a barn door; with only a handle on the outside and difficult to move. Needed another handle on the inside and lubrication so it would be easier to move.

Comfy beds but they are hard which we like. Staff are friendly. Great location for stay after concerts at the Amp. Bathroom door is a slide barn style so not complete privacy if that is important to you. Price to park is $15.00 per night but advertised as $10.00. Breakfast is a typical hotel buffet so nothing special.

Everything was nice and a good selection of food for breakfast. Now there's more security for parking. You have to use your room card to open the gate to access the parking lot. That's a good thing. Parking is only for paying customers.

It was ok I just stayed one night I didn’t like the fact I had to a parking fee to stay there. I found it ridiculous. The parking was supper small.

Good location I have been charged twice for my stay. I have tried contacting the property for my money to be returned but have had no response. Listed phone number doesn’t connect and nobody has responded to email.

The room was not clean, the sheets were dirty and stained, The room smelled bad. The toilet was loose and it didn't flush properly. The shower was broken. The parking space was terrible. Staff was a little rude. Breakfast was good.

It was clean with a nice pool area, close to the beach, and a short ride to St Augustine. The free breakfast was not great. I was expecting a bigger room, very cramped for 4 of us. A full length mirror in the bedroom would be nice and more hanging space for wet towels in the bathroom.

The Location The property was understaffed and the floors in the room were not clean. The doors on the 2 floor did not close properly. When you showered the smoke alarm goes off (this happened to several people). I called the front desk for someone to clean our room and bring toilet paper and no one ever did.

Room was decent, it kinda had that hotel room smell.. parking was limited, especially on the weekend when they are booked.

The house keeping was good The general manager hit my special needs son with an object and was hitting the house keeping staff ⚕️ also and thought it was funny.
