Janet at the front desk immediately greeted us when we arrived, and she was SO sweet! It immediately gave us great vibes. The room was super clean, comfy, and surprisingly big! Especially considering what we paid. The whole experience - the beds, the indoor pool, parking, distance to the beach - literally everything was way beyond what we expected. Incredible value! We will absolutely be back! The only thing I can think of is that the shower water pressure was a little low. It took a long time to shower because of the water pressure, but that was easily forgiven!

That is right across from the St Augustine Beach pier and that's where I grew up nice clean rooms I received a call to the landline in the room and a lady imposter was saying she was from regency and she wanted to refund my money trying to get into my cash app account that wasn't good woke me up from a nap and tried to drain my count of 700 dollars

The king room was huge!! comfortable bed, walk in shower with super hot water and great water pressure. great location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. check in and check out was fast and easy, the staff at the front desk were super nice!

Quite not what you expect being nestled between 2 restaurants and a store. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. The room was clean floor wasn’t sandy at all. The only issue I had was the bed was so hard. It felt like a 6 inch foam mattress on a sheet of plywood.
