We absolutely love the Embassy suites! The staff are always so helpful and friendly. The perfect place for a beach getaway!
-
Very luxurious… The mandatory valet parking was very inconvenient. And it was an added expense to an already expensive stay.It should be optional…

Pool, dining breakfast and bar I fell and hurt myself on the last night when I was on the beach deck near the gate taking a picture and I tripped on the step that is raised and went down on my knee and slammed my shoulder into the wood post and rail . The raised area is something they need to look into it’s a problem waiting to happen.

We loved the happy hour and breakfast. Plenty of tables and chairs. Same snacks at happy hour all 3 nights. I know this is a dog friendly hotel, but the smells in the hallways were bad.

We enjoyed our stay and plan on a. Return visit in the spring. The staff were exceptional loved the location and room. N/A

Enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. From our balcony we had a nice view of the beach.

We loved our stay in St Augustine. From the moment we were greeted by the valet team, front desk & restaurant staff - everyone was exceptionally kind & accommodating. The pool was so refreshing & the beach access with complimentary beach chairs is a nice touch! We will be back!

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We had to bring our dog with us last minute and they had no problem accommodating us. Definitely stay again.

$45 for parking!!! and nobody told me

Great location. A short car ride to historic downtown.

Great experience

I will only stay here from now on whenever I'm going to a concert at the Amp. Pool was great, beach access was great, and room was perfect. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
-
The valley staff was terrific. Front desk person, Amy B., was rude upon our arrival, but the rest of the staff made up for it.
-
Loved this hotel! We stayed here for my birthday with my five-year-old son, seven, nine and 18year old nephews. The location is perfect. The pool is huge and you are right on the beach. They even gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday! I will definitely be coming back to stay.

The room is large and spacious, and the breakfast is excellent. The only downside is that the AC is noticeably noisy.
-
Checked in with a sweet helpful front desk. His name started with G from New York. Got us in early. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff was kind. Loved the pool area and the food was great!
-
This location offers great views and is conveniently close to downtown Old St. Augustine. It’s an ideal spot for a vacation, providing both relaxation and a chance to learn about the city’s history. The valet parking is a bit steep, but the staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient.
-
Right on beach- amazing views! Pool area closed too early- 8pm It’s still August!
-
It was gross everything dirty hallways smelled like dog pee room was beyond filthy it was so gross we went and slept in our car!
-
Room was great. Overpriced for what you get. Happy Hour is a joke due to the crowds even on a Tuesday.
