Location is great! The pool closes at which is to early for me and also the kids play area closes around 8 as well. Seems like most places hotels the pool closes probably 10. For the expense of the room i feel they should stay open later for things to do.

I did not like the way my car was handled by the valet's. While waiting for my car to go out to dinner they were racing around the parking garage and almost ran into each other.

Location, food and drink. The best bathroom and shower I’ve seen in years! Need more hooks in the bathroom! Where hang bathing suits? Also, “dress code” to be in the building: we’re at the beach. No one is putting on resort wear just to go to the bathroom. (Thank you for not enforcing that!) Really didn’t need the “living room space”. I know; it’s a suite. I wish there were room options that minimized that part.

The hotel bar was amazing, great drinks. The hotel restaurant was incredible! Food delicious and staff so amazing. The Cantina bartenders were so kind and so good at their job. The beach kids who sold umbrellas were super nice, the towel stand staff, always had towels and didn't give you a hard time if you forgot your towel card. The store inside was 24hrs and well stocked. Had sodas water snacks of all kinds and even things you may have forgotten like tide sticks. This was such a great resort. Literally vallet Park your car and you dont have to leave for anything. Unless you just wanted to. We checked out about 6:20am today, July 27th. The girl working the front desk at that had an attitude for no reason. A horrible way to leave such a great experience over 5 days. But, at least everyone wasn't that way. Maybe she had a bad day, maybe she needs to move on if her jobs that's terrible. And the pool closed earlier than we expected but it's for the sea turtles, so, we're actually not upset about that.

Everything and every employee was amazing. The nicest staff, so helpful and kind. The rooms were stocked and cleaned each day. Everything about the resort staff was perfect. The beach umbrella boys, the towel kids, the Cantina bartenders, the hotel restaurant staff, the cleaning staff, the front desk, the store staff. Absolutely every staff member we met were amazing and warm and welcoming. The hotel bar was amazing, great drinks. The hotel restaurant was incredible! Food delicious and staff so amazing. Nice hotel and staff are lovely people.

Great beachfront location. Nice swimming pool. Food at hotel restaurant was good. Additional costs make stay very expensive: $42 per day parking charge (should be eliminated or reduced considerably), $30 per day resort fee is charged regardless of usage of resort facilities. Basic daily charge per room was excessive considering the level of the room facility. Hotel is huge - very long walk from elevator to room. Bellboy service to bring luggage to room is extremely slow.

Coffee in the mornings is by the drinking bar inside.

Been too many times in this hotel and we loved , coming back in September , the only thing was with housekeeping may be in training , was not good as usual

The valet parking was very helpful. Having traveled with multiple children. The lobby was a very nice place to sit and relax. The complementary breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. They had a variety of foods to meet everyone needs. The pool was wonderful for everyone in our family to enjoy. We loved being able to walk off of the patio right onto the beach. The ocean view is unbeatable.
