Absolutely amazing experience. Staff was really friendly.

We had asked if we could have a nice room on the other side, like the very pleasant one (5/5) we stayed in last time. Denied. We could see the building was empty, but started to have guests in the end of our stay (towards the weekend.) The nice room was across the parking lot. On our last overnight, a Friday night, we stayed in the building across from the office side building. This room was a superior one (we stayed in the office side of rooms 3 times before) It was larger, bigger window on front, extra window on back, first class laminate floor, long bar with large sink, first class clean, bigger nice bathroom, excellent beds. What a pleasing place to stay! The block of rooms on the office side appear to be of one genre, and the other building across the parking lot, is another, larger, superior type of room. They even advertise "bar" but then you may not get that superior room.

The room was large and clean, bathroom tiny but ok. There was a little kitchen but not the first thing in it except for a tiny coffee pot, forgettable coffee pods, and a small refrigerator with no freezer compartment. Only Shampoo and soap provided, no hairdryer or conditioner. Very small pool very close to A1A, not appealing to me but people were enjoying it. Across the street is Embassy Suites, which blocks the ocean. Beach access is easily walkable, and the trolley stop is right across the street, in front of Embassy Suites.

Hotel location is excellent. AC worked good. Beds were good. The first night our neighbor decided to have a party outside his room from 1 am to 4 am until the hotel staff told him to keep it down. I appreciate the staff did that because I did not want to confront him. I would stay again in this hotel.

Nothing, never ended up staying it was so bad This place was not inviting from check-in but I tried to give them the benefit, as it had decent reviews for its cheap price. So I went to check the room (which I always do for bed bugs, cleanliness ect.) The room looked okay on first glance, but i found a pillow case covered in make up that didn't look as though it had been changed. When checking for bugs I saw dirt all over this same beds bed sheets. I walked into the bathroom and there was no shower curtain (a tub/shower combo). Then I walked back into the room and there was dust/dirt all over the floor by the window. I decided to go ask for another room. I got in the car and drove back to the check-in. My mom and two kids (3yrs and 8mon) were in the car waiting. The man I assume is the manager then yelled at me for 5 mins straight for trying to turn the car around at the entrance (though I'm positive I could do the turn and another employee told him that I had it, he berated me until so long and refused to let me turn in so I had to turn back around and go into the main road, down it and turn around just to get back to the lot. At which point, I went into the office and told them I wanted a refund, all of the issues I found and the man (who I assume was the owners son) told me that I would get a refund from the website I booked with. I have not gotten that refund! I am all for small business but I 100% do not recommend this place!

Great staff. Excellent location.

Mid summer and enjoyed the Monday through Thursday rates of 70$ per night, but the regular rate if 150-200$ per night would still be a value if we make a visit during prime seasons, I look forward to next time we make it here!

It was just okay. The pictures looked better then the actual hotel looked.

Great location. Very convenient. Room was very clean, comfortable and updated.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, comfortable and convenient to beach and restaurants.

The entire hotel was clean, the pool area was clean, staff friendly and prices perfect for middle class people like myself. I hope they don't change anything.

The room was cleaned and fresh towel replaced everyday. The sheets weren’t changed until we requested them which was pretty annoying. Property is clean and quiet. 5 minute walk to the beach, multiple restaurants in walking distance. 10 minute drive to downtown. Didn’t use the pool or other amenities. Housekeeping start coming around 9am so don’t plan on sleeping in. Only had 2 working outlets in the room and they had the TV and hair dryer plugged in them. The other outlets didn’t work for us. Fridge didn’t get really cold. Drinks were “chilled” at best.

Lady at front desk stated $10 fee to check in 30 mins early, which is ok but had to pay her cash....

The doors locked. The staff was very uninterested in our comfort. After confirming that there would be a first floor room for my disabled father, they placed us on the second floor. They offered us a single bed on the first floor. Obviously he didn't want to share a bed with his daughter. Got all our stuff upstairs and there were hairs in the bathroom. The sheets and pillowcases were pilled and scratchy. Impossible to contact the front desk. Good location, but genuinely would rather pay $200 more for someone to care if I'm having a good stay.
