Would be a full 5 stars except the shower water only got warm. Talked with the front desk about it an they were very helpful and talked to the maintenance crew. Unfortunately it never got fixed but we were only there for one night so one lukewarm shower wasn't too bad. Other than that hotel is beautiful and we had a massive room.

Nicely maintained, recently renovated with parking on site. The whole hotel has been renovated and the rooms are very comfortable and clean and stylish. Nothing it was a great stay.

Great location. Amazing pool. My 2 year old loved it. The room was spacious and clean and cozy. They are Hilton brand so the tv allows you to log into Netflix or Disney and that’s a game changer for us traveling with a child. Breakfast was good (paid for separately). We only stayed one night passing through but it was perfect. We walked right out to the beach no problem.

The restaurant seemed out of place and rarely open. We did not try it while there because of how many other restaurants were within walking distance. The location cannot be beat. You are right in the middle of the touristy A1A area and have so many options within half a mile walk either directions. The beach is also right there - maybe 100 feet. The boardwalk is also only a few minutes walking. I know charging for parking is common in St. Augustine but it felt excessive for the hotel to have a $20/per night resort fee and a $20 parking fee.

Very nice place to stay with good location. Very clean and well maintained. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have hot water at the bathroom sink. For some reason it only came in Luke warm although the shower was always hot.

The location was perfect for dining at brunch and dinner locations on A1A and nearby - including in town St Augustine. The pool was exquisite with updated furniture for relaxation! The pool tiled area had ants that should be treated ( it had been raining for a few days).

Location proximity to the beach and restaurants Pool area not very clean and didn’t like easy access to the beach. Hotel room floor was dirty when we arrived
