Staff was great! Breakfast was delicious! Restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance).. Tons of things to do in the downtown area (Museums/stores/restaurants)!

The hotel is built a good distance from the beach. My husband must use a walker for support and the walk was much too far for him to walk to the beach and walk over the dune to get to the water (I would estimate close to a half mile walk from the hotel to the water. You will need a cart to carry your beach equipment. When I first arrived and needed to use the downstairs restroom, it was So dirty with urine all over the seat, it was disgusting. The rooms are very small. On our second day we noticed the carpet was wet; by the evening and next morning, the carpet between the bathroom and bed was soaked, so apparently there was a leak in the plumbing. The complimentary breakfast was quite limited in selections, unlike other hotels we have been to. Our tv dropped its connection the first day, but they did send someone the next day and repaired it. Overall, we will find another hotel in the future.

Building is older and closing the door made a loud noise no matter how carefully you tried to close the door. Location next to the beach is great.

We stayed 6days and when we got there I had some problems with Expedia booking my room ..The hotel staff was amazing made sure I didn’t have to change rooms 2times .They made you feel so welcome. The only thing I didn’t care for is your paying for a room and you go down to the pool and you see teenagers jumping the fence to hang out at the pool and swim. And parents that are not staying at the hotel leaving there kids at the pool while they go to the beach. But I will be coming back soon for a girls trip.

The overall stay was good although felt the rooms were a bit on the small side.

Our 4 year old loved the pool and both he and our 5 month old puppy enjoyed taking the short convenient walk to the beach to play.

our hotel room was not clean.Our bathtub had pink mold going around it. And a sanitary napkin wrapper underneath the counter in the bathroom floor ,there was also hair on the bathroom sink.There was trash all outside and the dog walking area.The room was supposed to be a beachside With our dog included, we get there.They don't have anything about our dog or the beachside, had to pay additional money's up front.Because our dog was with us.Even though that should have been included because I did put it on my hotel.com filters when choosing the room. I have never had this much problems with hotel. com.But i'm not sure that I will be using them again

Excellent. everything. room was clean. spacious. clean. linens were fresh and bathroom was clean. ocean view was spectacular. easy beach access and showers to clean off the sand. Breakfast was excellent. pretty much anything you'd want for a continental breakfast. variety and fresh. excellent stay. Will stay again.

But the most outstanding point of this property is the fantastic staff!! Vanessa and crew go above and beyond to cater to every issue.. and they always do it with a smile!! Can’t wait to go back!! No problems

Room 207 was musty, damp, AC barely worked, bed very uncomfortable, doors wouldn't shut in room, bathroom not super clean, rust and poor upkeep everywhere.

Location to beach with easy access. Also could walk to restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great and room was comfortable. Maybe having to pay for parking, but wasn’t as bad as other places.

Need another bathroom on the main floor and keep it clean. Need a bathroom exhaust fan in the bathroom of the hotel room. Need a bowl brush for toilet. Front staff was courteous. 15$ a day to self park??? Was not in the information when I booked. This was outrageous.
