Home2 Suites by Hilton St. Augustine I-95

The property needs "deep" cleaning in my opinion especially the lobby and hallway areas. The hotel reception/staff (Adam) was very helpful. I asked him for a room changed when we checked-in due to BO in the room, and he found us a room that's acceptable to my standards right away. Free breakfast was ok. Location was good - safe & quite. We love the free EV charging station.

Good hotel for one or two nights .

Our room was clean, spacious, and had sufficient furniture for our things. Very comfortable beds and we had a pleasant overnight stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, clean property and great area close to all our needs.

Room was very old with flat pillows that were awful

I disliked the fact that I initially had to cut the stay short by one day due to a flight issue. I received a $99 refund for the night reduction. Later in the week my flight changed again. I asked to book the extra day back and then the hotel wanted to charge me $180 for the night. Keep in mind, there were 6 empty rooms showing on Expedia. I thought this was very creative and fuzzy math by the hotel. Unfortunately, we checked out and had to go elsewhere on our last day as a result of this. I’d still recommend this hotel. I thought the staff did a very good job overall.

Convenient location for both Historic District, golf and Outlet shopping. Comfortable and provided everything we needed without having to spend alot on a room. Not fancy but definitely functional and a good value.

Everything was great except for the smoking area. There needs to be a smokers hut so that smokers can dispose of their cigarettes in the appropriate place instead of throwing them on the ground.

my friend and I sincerely enjoyed our weekend at home to suites. The room was comfortable and had what we needed to make the weekend more pleasurable. The only criticism I had was that the coffee at breakfast was really not drinkable. The food that they provided was fine but it would have been nice if there was a little more variety each morning. I would definitely recommend Home two suites to anyone who might be traveling to the Saint Augustine area.

As always Home2 is a quality hotel and reasonable prices, and friendly staff. What stood out here was the fact that I was allowed to check in early which made even more pleasant.
