Check in was super easy, especially as it was late at night and we were tired. There was a spider in the bed so we quickly called and got new bedding. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would stay here again (despite the spider)!

Large hotel rooms that were very clean. Excellent breakfast and very convenient location (dining and shopping options).

They had no extra towels and we have a family of six. I suggest not advertising that you can sleep six if you don’t even have enough towels for six people in the room. I also set my baby who is crawling down on the floor and within two minutes her legs were black from how dirty the floor was. I have pictures to prove this and we found a bug in our room and there was also a hair in the bathroom as soon as we got there.

Excellent stay. Hotel staff was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was nice. Great for kids and adults. Breakfast was very good. Great selection of hot and cold items. Nice location not too far away from attractions and was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

I arrived at about 2:30 PM. That is a few minutes before check in time. There was a male and a female working the counter. My room was not ready they found me a room in a few minutes. I am not sure that was what made me fill out this review. I think it was they were just so dedicated to customer service. I travel often, those 2 folks working when I arrived were a breath of fresh air for someone who has many nights in hotels. I saw the male this Am at checkout, he was as pleasant this AM as yesterday. Those 2 made my stay!!

The property needs "deep" cleaning in my opinion especially the lobby and hallway areas. The hotel reception/staff (Adam) was very helpful. I asked him for a room changed when we checked-in due to BO in the room, and he found us a room that's acceptable to my standards right away. Free breakfast was ok. Location was good - safe & quite. We love the free EV charging station.

Good hotel for one or two nights .

Our room was clean, spacious, and had sufficient furniture for our things. Very comfortable beds and we had a pleasant overnight stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, clean property and great area close to all our needs.

Room was very old with flat pillows that were awful

I disliked the fact that I initially had to cut the stay short by one day due to a flight issue. I received a $99 refund for the night reduction. Later in the week my flight changed again. I asked to book the extra day back and then the hotel wanted to charge me $180 for the night. Keep in mind, there were 6 empty rooms showing on Expedia. I thought this was very creative and fuzzy math by the hotel. Unfortunately, we checked out and had to go elsewhere on our last day as a result of this. I’d still recommend this hotel. I thought the staff did a very good job overall.
