Quality Inn St. Augustine Outlet Mall

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was fine as well. The amenities were dated though. It worked for an overnight stay on our way to south Florida.

Location Outdated and lack of cleanliness.

You should make sure the rooms are actually clean and up to your standards as a thriving business. Instead of having sheets on the bed with tape glue and some type of hard yellowish residue on it and the comforter as well as the duvet.Wipe down all surfaces instead of leaving dirt,blood and other fluids on walls mirror.Make sure the toilet is dliahes before the next customer stays. Get the bath and shower fixed instead of letting it drip and cause black mold mildew to start growing on around or drain. Make sure the bathroom and sink as well as mirror is wiped down cleaned and sanitized. Them it would be wise to invest in peat control. There is a massive bug and spider. Infections. I was bit twice out of the 14 spiders I took photos of. I'm serious I'll bit marks turning black and blue large amount of swelling nausea headache dizziness. Expedia gave it a high rating and I no doesn't even deserve a 2.0. This was the worst the hotel told me and made it clear when I got there that I received the last king room. I never slept I came into town for my anniversary and left for a very far drive back home..Just so disappointed and disgusted.

Property was cleaned, staff available. The only complaint television was difficult to manage with 2 remotes. This may have been a generation problem. I was unable to get it to work.

The staff at this location were extremely joyful, such a delight. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Bedroom was clean and continental breakfast was good. Lots of eateries within walking distance and the outlet mall was right down the street.

It was an okay hotel but would not recommend it

Needs paint and better silicone

There were roaches in the bathroom at night, sand on the floor and there was no protein of any kind at the breakfast but the sheets and towels were clean and it was quiet.

The property was clean and taken care of. Good room steps to second floor were a little hard to locate. But all in all a good place to stay

It was a clean comfortable room to stay in for four days.

It’s a really old hotel and the ratings should not be so high. This is a 2star at best hotel

I’ve never posted a negative comment but as soon as I lifted the toilet seat I could see the toilet was disgustingly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. Very disturbing and made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. Was only staying one night and showed a picture I took to the front desk employee who said he was certain I would hear back regarding my complaint from management. It’s now over 24 hours later, but I have not heard from anyone. Other reviews are generally better which is why I chose the hotel so hopefully this was just a one time thing.
