Quality Inn St. Augustine Outlet Mall

We have stayed at this hotel several times, coming up to St. Augustine for doctor and dental appointments. Lived in St. Augustine for over 30 years but now moved to the Ft. Myers area. Generally this hotel is kept in good condition, the breakfast buffet is above average except for the watered down apple and orange juice. They have one excellent and very friendly employee, her name is Carina. She is always talkative and makes you feel welcome here. Then there is another employee, Sabr___. who acts as if it is an inconvenience for us to come in, does not say hello or can I help you. Instead she just says "give me your drivers license" as we walk to the counter. What a WORLD of difference in employees!! The only other complaint is we went to the breakfast buffet early this time, about 6:15, you would have thought the trash cans would be empty to start breakfast but they were still full from the night before. Not much for planning there.

Just a average run of the mill hotel. OK to stay overnight, but that's it. Noting really worth mentioning. Breakfast is very basic.

There were roaches in the room amd lobby. I got my money back and didn't not stay.

Spent the night after a concert at the amphitheater and it worked out perfectly. Clean room, clean place, good price, nice employees. I would book again

The hotel is okay for a one-night stopover. While the bed was decent enough for a quick sleep, the room itself was not very clean, and I actually found hair from a previous visitor on the pillow. The morning breakfast was also extremely basic, offering very few choices.

Property was good. Room was clean.

Front desk was very kind but this hotel definitely needs a renovation.

Older rooms that have been painted over . The ratings of 10 of 10 must have been from services that were paid to rate this place highly if you’re looking for an inexpensive room then this is for you otherwise move on.

The hair dryer wasn’t working and the hotel look old. There was not many channels on the tv nothing about soccer.

Clean, safe, great price and BREAKFAST!

i have bad allergy and then place was very nice and clean even the pol was nice as well, staff was sweet and helpful. even when boking .com, mess up my registration .your person at the desk was very helpful and not using boking .com

That it was close to the venue and plenty of options to eat near by Food from prior guess was inside refrigerator. Bathroom was outdated, small, and needed wall tile repairs.

So so. Have had much better at other hotels. The mattress was awful. They need to be replaced.
