The mini vacation that my husband and I took was amazing. The hotel was awesome and the breakfast was better than great. This was the first time that my husband had went to a really nice hotel like this and he loved the breakfast. The pool was perfect.

Customer service is lacking… never anyone at front desk. Inconvenience if need something or want to just ask questions. Air in room won’t go below 68, it took hours for room to get cold how I like it. When made reservations I had noted we were traveling with kids and asked for crib/ pack play also for king room with sofa bed. Neither were provided. Phone in room wouldn’t dial front desk. Definitely not the worst, pretty clean and house keepers were friendly and spoke. Just front desk wasn’t helpful and never there

Me quedé tres días y dos noches, dejé en la puerta que no entrarán a limpiar con el televisor prendido, nos fuimos de turista sin darnos cuentas hasta llegar a la casa que nos robaron varias pertenencias, como volver a confiar en este lugar, nos dejó una tristeza muy grande.

Hotel was very clean. Room was somewhat clean. Some staff was great, but the Caucasian lady that checked us in seemed unwelcoming with no personality. She wasn’t rude or anything, she just made us felt like we were bothering her. The bathroom shower was not as clean as we expected. It had some mildew in the corners and the tub floors were dingy. Toilet was ok, but needed some attention. Property was in a safe area with easy access to A1A. Beds were clean and very comfortable. A/C unit was on point. I would stay again though

Honestly was a very wonderful experience, not only was the staff super sweet, caring and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with great options, as well as the amenities such as the pool and little gym were very wonderful. Extremely clean room and building overall, I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future when I go back to St. Augustine.

Not only was this the worst online booking experience I have ever had. It was the worst value for the money and definitely in the top three of overall worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After being with a company that wasn’t La Quinta Corparate Customer for many years, I came to expect excellent service and when there was an issue, it was not only not my issue. It was promptly taken care of and resolved on the spot to my satisfaction I booked the room online. Which specifically stated that I would not be charged until I arrived at the facility that was a lie. I was also charged for some kind of room protection that I never signed up for upon arriving to the facility at 1:30 AM I was told by the manager that they would not honor the reservation. I just paid for at that price until 2 PM. however, if I wanted to pay his rate, he would be happy to check me in right away, but I would have to be out in seven hours at checkout time on the same day, I was totally exhausted from driving for 12 hours and went ahead and checked in with a guarantee that the online reservation that I booked and already paid for would automatically be voided and credited back to my account. The place look like it was under construction. The elevator didn’t work the exterior security door was propped open with a rock, and there was multiple piles of dog poop in the staircase that my wife stepped in the room was dirty and smelled like mold. I took a shower and left. Please call

The sheets had stains on it and walls were dusty. It also had a musty smell walking in the room as well. Other than that the water and AC were good.
