Nice clean hotel. The down side is a surprise valet parking of $29 fee is a must, no self parking

Every morning the breakfast food was cold. We tried different times to go back and the food was still cold. Again we made the best of it. The fact you had to valet park was ridiculous every time you wanted your car or just wanted to get something out of it. We could only stay for two nights. We left a day early and checked out Sunday morning. I believe we are crossing off this hotel on our list.

Great breakfast. Nice pool. Attentive staff

Everything wonderful

I don't like that they make you pay for parking and it seems as you pull in you have to valet the car, which is unnecessary unless you really want to. The room was clean and staff were nice. I feel like with you being so far from the historical district walking distance you should not pay for parking because we spent about around 50 a day parking and that's included in downtown not to mention if you left downtown and came back.

Perfect location, clean rooms, beautiful pool.
-
Very nice Hotel, Clean and well maintained. Gym could be better equiped but is good. Pool is really nice. Staff friendly
-
Beautiful room, clean property and room. The bridge was out which made in walkable for us but still convenient.
-
The breakfast was not good.
-
Clean room, lovely staff and pet-friendly.
-
The Room was a bit out-dated (cabinets were worn, corner walls were broken, sofa was stained), but for the two nights that we used the room to just sleep, it was okay. Point of Interests were walkable, but King Street, which is the main street to get to your Point of Interests was closed for construction and we needed to take a long detour.
-
The room was a really good size, but there was hair all over the shower, the mirror was dirty, the coffee mugs looked like they were never cleaned, and the kitchen cabinets had sticky stuff smeared on them a d the cabinet handles. When told about it, the front desks answer was "house keeping comes tomorrow" and " would you like more towels. Also, the mattress was a spring matress with almost no pillow top. Breakfast was ok.
-
The the cleanliness, new building, staff and close to downtown. Nice pool area. Didn’t realize the bridge was closed so walking downtown was not really an option.
-
We very much enjoyed our stay.
-
The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, this is very poor. Valley parking is crazy expensive at $29/day or $15/day if the guest is handicapped.
-
The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was really good. Did not appreciate the staff and how they talked to us and did not like the whole valet situation.
-
You will be charged for parking whether you use the valet service or not.
-
Friendly staff. Good location but unfortunately bridge repairs stopped us walking straight into the historic quarter easily. House keeping was a bit laboured and had to chase a few times. But over all good. Not sure the boat people that used the swimming pool area do the hotel any favours.
