Location great Valet parking seemed unnecessary. It was bothersome

The hotel location was beautiful, very spacious rooms,,very close to the historic district, the hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff me and my dog cody loved the special pet area for him to go potty,,while traveling to the hotel I arrived earlier then I expected and they let me check in anyway for a rest after my long trip it meant alot, the breakfast was good with alot of food choices The parking for 35 dollars and if you didn't chose for them to valet your car you wouldn't be able to park your own car in the underground garage to keep your car cool on a hot day or save you from getting soaking wet on a rainy day and it seems to me you have more spots for valet then regular spots for you to park yourself and I was going to be in and out of the hotel alot with shopping and touring the historic district and I wanted to come back to check on my dog often so due to that I wanted to park myself so I didn't have to keep asking for my car keys it was more convenient for me

Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Angelique and Lisa really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be a regular guest.

Very nice hotel except for the mandatory valet parking. $29 a day to park on the hotel lot is ridiculous.

The system of valet parking is not necessary

Just one recommendation I guess for future visitors. You need to set and area with some good grass area for the owners with pets Not for it to be in the back of the building how it was set up now. Being the front area or semi sides area well lit is sufficient for a woman walking the pets. Was very little grass area up front it was full of dry mulch that hurts the doggies paw pads. Doggies look for grass that is all they need to do there needs and the parents pickup the needs of each owner pet Thank you and take care

During my check in, I was pleased to be advised my room had been upgraded with no additional costs! Loved that. Wasn’t excited about the valet parking only for the hotel considering the parking area was so easily accessed.

Really come to the adventures we went on Had to ask them to come in and clean the toilet when we got to our room. There was someones pee on the toilet seat and pubic hairs. For what we paid it was gross. I only stay at Hilton... maybe not anymore....

Everything about this stay was perfect. Receptions, valet, room, pool and the breakfast area.

Everything was amazing. The beds could have been a little more comfortable but

When the construction on the bridge is done, it will be accessible to the old town area. The staff seemed bothered to help us at the front desk. My Aunt was doing laundry and someone had their clothing sitting in the dryer. When she went to the front desk the worker told her that there was nothing to do and was rude about it. Also, check in is 4 pm and our rooms weren’t ready until almost 6!!

The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The service was good, and the staff was attentive. The breakfast was basic but adequate. The only downside was the parking fee, which is $29 per night, a bit on the expensive side.
