The property is beautiful and was an affordable and perfect option for a family of 5. It is situated on water and has a great view. The only downside is that there is no self parking and the valet is an extra fee and frustration. Other than that, it’s a great hotel for families!

Excellent, very happy about the choice we made by choosing this hotel.999

This is the perfect location! Close enough to center of the city. The breakfast was great. Staff was so nice! It’s a good hotel for families and they are dog friendly.

Large suite! Clean! There was only Valet parking available. The parking lot was large and right there in front of the property with easy walking distance. Extra $29 to pay for parking plus tips every time you needed car. Unnecessary expense I would have definitely parked my own car.

Large rooms, close to centre. Decent gym. Valet only parking. Very inconvenient seeing as they parked it directly under the hotel and took ages to get it.

While the hotel is very nice my experience was not. I checked in and was given a key to my room. My husband and I decided to go grab food and explore the town before returning to the room with our luggage. Imagine our surprise when we go to the room, open the door and some other guests were in our assigned room. I was shocked and embarrassed to walk into a room that already occupied by another guest. I went to express my concerns to the front desk, was given another room and advised that some of the costs would be returned. The next day I went down to speak to a manager but none was available. I went to check out and there was no mention or notes of any costs being returned. There was also again no manager available. I was given a card and told a manager would be in touch. I’ve called and left messages with no return call and I have yet to be contacted about by management about this incident. I am extremely disappointed in how this matter was handled and I am now requesting a full refund!

I liked the property.I liked my room.People at the front desk were very helpful. I did not like that expedia , did not explain the twenty nine dollar a night parking fee. Very aggravating.

We had a short but a great stay at this hotel.

The hotel overall was well maintained. The rooms are a great size and were clean. The breakfast offerings were very good. I feel the valet parking was unnecessary and just a required added expense which I did not appreciate. With a large parking lot in front of the hotel, I can handle parking my own vehicle. Why was the parking lot blocked off with no option to use it?

The room was nice. Easy to get in and out of. That I paid for valet parking and two nights my car was parked outside instead of under the building and the bridge was closed so we had to take a shuttle to get to where we were going. I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew the bridge was closed.

Decent breakfast each morning. Didn’t really care for the vallet-only parking. Would have liked at a self parking option. Normally would be very walkable to the city center but the King Street bridge was under construction when I stayed. Minor detour still allows for walking.
-
Hidden fee for parking and the bridge out between it

Breakfast was good; well stocked and fresh. There was nothing to dislike for the price

Room was never cleaned. Great pool. Breakfast was lackluster, but spacious and clean accommodations. The onsite laundry on the 2nd floor is great for the beach day clothes to be washed. A flag on this hotel is that you must use the valet service and it is $29 daily. So make sure you incorporate that into your nightly stay so you get an accurate price for your budget.
-
Over all it was a pretty good experience the only gripe I have is it was not made clear that you have to pay $29 per day for parking.

We reserved based off listing room that clearly stated two bedrooms in room. However did not receive such. Listing on booking.com was misleading. See above

Breakfast not good at all, not even had bacon and the sausage was kind of weird, can not even tell what kind of material was made of, the location has no parking only valet and my car was scratched and no body was responsible, the tv in the room was so dark can’t even watch a series at night and the control has no function that can adjust the tv, the place is located in a bad area, do more research because sometimes the pictures misguide you, not a good place

I have no complaints. My wife and my kids both recommended we come back and stay at the exact same place in the future but hopefully the next time the bridge is completed. My only recommendation is that the hotel invest in some e-scooters and either lend or rent them out to the guests which would be great for making it down to the historic district and not having to worry about parking
