Super 8 by Wyndham St. Charles

Room looked clean when you first walk in, but after a while the bottom of your feet were filthy from the carpet. Unfortunately bugs started coming out of the woodwork and the bathroom. They did give us a lower rate on two of the days we stayed because of the bugs. They also advertise on the internet that they have breakfast included and it was not anything special. If you weren't downstairs at 6:02 am all the honey buns and yogurt were gone and they didn't put any more out. Our stay was disappointing and we don't plan on returning.

Old owners were awesome... Tv didn't work in both rooms. Shower wouldn't get hot. New owner is rude. Got mad at me for using booking.com after he was rude on the phone. See previous

Central location Cold cereal was the only item available for breakfast. Roaches in the bathroom.

Place was filthy bug roaches big open dangerous holes in wall bug powder sprinkled all over

Not good. Very little selection. Breakfast !

Didn't have breakfast. Couldn't wait around. Towel shelf was hanging at a 45 degree angle, a bolt was missing. The towel hooks were coming off the wall, when I hung my towel on it the hook pulled mostly out. I pushed it back in. The toilet wax ring was bad. When I sat down, water leaked all over the floor. No place to put my suitcase, so I put it on the nightstand.

It was clean, didnt really see much staff but seemed sufficient and it worked!

There were cockroaches in the room I found a baby cockroach and then an adult one within 10 minutes of each other I would not suggest renting at this hotel till it's exterminated

Ive stayed here a few times now whistle travelling from the UK, will be back again, good value

First day my choice of room was not available but they moved me to a better room next morning. Room was clean. Staff was good in dealing. I enjoyed my stay.

Location was great Front desk staff. He like didn't trust me. Kept telling my my card was declining . But it wasn't. He wasn't even trying. My bank's automatically tells me when it's declined my banks never did. . He told me he needed my ID and card and had to swipe it it was suspicious... felt like he was stealing my card information.... I had already done the e check in so I don't understand why he had to do all that. Bathroom was fully of black mold
