This property is filthy roach infested, and during our 15 nights stay housekeeping did not visit our room one time even with repeated request. Avoid at all cost

Location great...breakfast nonexistent

Shower leaked all over floor and soaked clothes I had there (walk in shower). Supposed to have breakfast, but there was hardly anything there, a few pieces of wheat bread, juice machine didn't work. Hate being a munge, I've been to places that just had power bars, which is fine, but they didn't advertise breakfast. This one did. Bed was clean and comfortable. It's outside of town, so not a lot in walking distance. Arby's next door and Cafe down the way a couple blocks. That's about it.

This hotel is so run down. There was mold all over the caulk in the shower. The juice machine didn’t work. Only thing for breakfast was cereal. This place is gross and St Charles, IL is a beautiful town. I would be embarrassed if I owned this hotel.

False advertising on the breakfast included. Carpets were filthy and they have bugs

Room looked clean when you first walk in, but after a while the bottom of your feet were filthy from the carpet. Unfortunately bugs started coming out of the woodwork and the bathroom. They did give us a lower rate on two of the days we stayed because of the bugs. They also advertise on the internet that they have breakfast included and it was not anything special. If you weren't downstairs at 6:02 am all the honey buns and yogurt were gone and they didn't put any more out. Our stay was disappointing and we don't plan on returning.

Old owners were awesome... Tv didn't work in both rooms. Shower wouldn't get hot. New owner is rude. Got mad at me for using booking.com after he was rude on the phone. See previous

Central location Cold cereal was the only item available for breakfast. Roaches in the bathroom.

Place was filthy bug roaches big open dangerous holes in wall bug powder sprinkled all over
