Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/St. Charles

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The property is well maintained and rooms are nice. Beds were comfortable. The staff seemed to want to be anywhere but there.

Lobby was clean so we had food delivered and ate dinner downstairs which was comfortable and convenient. Will return again!

It was a nice hotel and thought the facility was pretty nice. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Good coffee and tea available all day long! I did not like the A/C blowing on us during the night. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Also for a three-day stay, the room was never tidied once! Bed never made and towels never freshened up. That was disappointing to me!

This property was very clean everywhere. Beds were comfortable room was large. Great atmosphere in this hotel. Breakfast was included and provided plenty of options. Definitely would pick this hotel again.

Fantastic Location.

The front desk attendant was professional and courteous. The property was well maintained and even smelled new. The bed and pillow were comfortable and the room was actually quiet; surprising for being the first floor and the first room. Continental breakfast was good with various options. Easy check out. Good area and close to everything.

This property has been refurbished & it is wonderful. From the lobby, pool area & the rooms it is fantasti.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was way better than the typical hotel with real eggs, sausage, and roasted potatoes among the other usual offerings. Room clean and everything worked! I will be back as I am in this area annually.
