This Days Inn is nothing like the other Days Inn that I've stayed at. Disappointing.
-
No day after we checked in, the toilet clogged. Our room is in the second floor. I called the front desk and he said the housekeeping is not coming until between 8 AM to 9 AM. I called back and I told the front desk that we need to use the toilet. The next thing I know front desk, knocking on the door and told us that we can move downstairs. The room is clean already. We cannot recommend this place and we’re not going back to this hotel. This is the worst hotel we have been. And also, there is no elevator in the stairs have spit on it. This place is just dirty.

Refused to cancel the room

I was not able to use the reservation because my dad died and the hotel would not refund. Wyndham was very inflexible. I will not stay here again.

Staff was helpful, room was clean, and breakfast was good. No complaints.

Nothing fancy. It's just a room. Somewhere to sleep

My only complaint about the room, was the bathroom. It was not properly cleaned. The bath mat, literally looked like it was never removed to clean and needed to be replaced. The shower walls were also not cleaned. I’m very maticulous when it comes to cleanliness, so I ALWAYS bring my own cleaning products to go behind housekeeping for a peace of mind. Sometimes they’re not thorough with cleaning the rooms. Overall, if I was to ever stay here again it would only be in the exterior building, as my stay in the main building was horrible. I’m not sure if all of the rooms are, but the one I booked there was.

Shower curtains need to be cleaned had terrible odor in room and floors smelled like urine the moment entering

It's a hotel room. Bed was comfortable enough. Somewhere to sleep after a long day of exploring, concert going, or shopping.

It was ok for an hotel of that category

The hotel was so disgusting and had dogs barking in most of the rooms as we walked to check out the room. The smell was horrific...like I was in a dog pound. We returned to the lobby and said we would NOT be staying because of the conditions. The desk clerk said that we would still be charged for both nights of the reservation even though we did NOT choose to stay. DON'T STAY HERE! It's pretty gross and they charged us even though we only walked into the room and left. Very disappointed with the hotel, Expedia and the trip insurance we paid for, because they wouldn't help us either. Horrible experience!

The pool was DISGUSTING! There is little to no water in it and the water in it is so dirty. EW just EW! There was also brown stains on the walls in my room. (Probably poo.) The fitness center was eh. And one of my locks had a crack. Not secure at all !!!!

Smells in lobby and rooms was awful. The bathroom mirrors were dirty and air conditioner didn't work well. Scary experience the night we stayed 10 cop cars surrounded our hotel. We got no information if our safety was at risk. Won't stay again.

Nothing was proper

NO the breakfast was not good.
-
Just older motel
-
Rooms were clean and seemed to be more updated than the hotel itself. I wished the pool would have been open.

We called the front office to complain and was told "they have no way of contacting their manager", shouldnt hotel staff be able to contect their supervisor when needed? When I thought we finally got a hold of the manager, the man at the front desk told is he left a minute before we came, knowing we were coming down to talk to him, and that he did not want to speak to us. We ended up staying at a different hotel due to feeling unsafe, but was ultimately denied a refund even with pictures of the aforementioned problems. We will never stay at a Days Inn again, nor recommend it to others. When on the phone with expedia I asked them to take down the photo shopped images from their website as it was beyond misleading. Very disappointing.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good but the pool was not swim able. For the price for what we needed it for was great.
