Great staff rooms were clean and exceptional and the breakfast was amazing my kids enjoyed it and they are very picky eaters

Sink overflowed with drainage from other rooms, clear lack of maintenance. Two hours later after several fix attempts they found a new room but it was very disruptive. They were sorry, but that’s about. No fees taken off the trip and I didn’t get the sense they viewed it as a huge ordeal. Having delay your business day by two hours and not hacked access to a shower is a big deal.

This was my 3rd stay in this hotel. Each time it has been clean, terrific staff, great breakfast, nice beds etc. This is the best hotel in St.Charles. Also great area to walk to shopping.

Room smelled like cigar

The sub floor in the room was not attached correctly. It sounded like someone knocking on the door every time we walked across the room. Also, bathroom needs more light, toilet is too small for a grade school and the tub/shower has NO non-slip surface. Not safe.

This Holiday Inn Express just needs some love. The facilities need maintenance. The staff was nice and the room was as clean as it could be. It is time Holiday Inn Express St. Charles for a remodel or even some maintenance on this facility.
