Gio was the best! He helped make our stay perfect and when this 3rd party app let us down, Gio fixed everything for us.

Our room location. My handicapped husband had a very difficult time getting to our room as it was the furthest away from the elevator. The elevators are only at one end of the hotel and for elderly, it is a long walk to the other end. Because the hotel was fully booked, I understand why we could not change rooms.

Great hotel, room was very large, clean, bathroom was very clean and bed was comfy

Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels.
