The owners have done a very good job of renovating and maintaining this older building. We would be fine to stay there again and again.

Staff was mildly attenuative, when they could raise their eyes from their cell phones. Breakfast was poor quality, no proteins of any sort and very little variety. No eggs, No meat of any sort. Stale bread and only bananas for fruit. For the price of this hotel, we should have had better quality and variety! Now let's talk about the size and layout of this facility! The walk from our room on the backside of the hotel was almost a quarter of a mile to walk! I'm not kidding! The layout is a large U shaped building and our room was at the last end of the U. The walk to get coffee in the morning really got our step counts up! And the key cards timed us out and we had to walk to the front desk to get our keycards recharged just to finish loading up our car! And this was at 8 am! After we had already walked the quarter mile to get coffee! I forget to mention the dead bug in the hallway halfway around the giant U building! No ordinary "service", as it had to be requested before 11 am! Our rooms was never even straightened up and linens were never changed, even on a two night stay! Last time I will stay at a "Quality Inn's and Suites" in my life....unless it is the ONLY choice left to us!

After going to bed, someone open our door. Honest mistake, but again, come on... Finally our fridge hummed loud enough that we had to unplug it to sleep.

Room clean

Nice enough to spend a night. Do not expect more than that

Staff was super slow at check-in, took almost thirty minutes. Room was dirty. Fan rattled all night. Everything was just “okay”. You get what you pay for i guess. Not very “quality” though.

In our room the doors on the dresser were about to fall off. The bathroom sink barely drained. The deflector over the hvac system in the room was falling off.

Room was a bit musty smelling.

Breakfast is not good

Stayed overnight and didn’t utilize the amenities. The hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of attention. Weird smells, dingy rooms, and the parking lot could stand to be cleaned. Condom wrappers by the door. The water in the shower stayed hot and had good pressure, and it was a place to sleep.

I have stayed at this quality in several times before and I have to say that this king bed that they gave us in this room was spectacular. I did not want to get out of bed..

Room was clean

Our family booked 4 rooms on a Saturday night. One of the rooms had a completely inoperable shower, with water squirting all over the ceiling only. Another room had a hole in the shower wall. My daughter was given a room key and upon opening the room found luggage and other personal items belonging to the person who rented the room. The guest was not in the room at the time. Thankfully the kind person at the desk gave her the last room they had. Rooms are a bit dated and need fresh carpet and curtains. Rooms smelled a bit perfumy, which I can usually tell is used to cover up odors, but didn’t smell any mold or other nasty smell behind it. We didn’t visit the breakfast offered, so can’t comment on that.

Smells like smoke even in a non smoking room, the smoke smell is thick in the hallway. You share the building with people living there on assistance. Hair in the shower and bathroom floor. Common halls and stairwells are dirty, need paint, and carpeting. I wanted a refund for the second night because I didn’t want to stay there more than I had to and was told nothing we can do…no refund.Outside garbage was overflowing. We went out for breakfast because of the above and didn’t stay the second night. Never again.

The rooms smelled like urine and the beds smelled like they were not clean we traded rooms and still the same the young girl had such a bad attitude as well as the older lady horrible experience
-
Very clean.

It was in a nice location, clean, comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Great price Bathroom kinda small, breakfast was nothing special
-
Would stay here again!

For that money I expected a three star stay. This place feels very old. I got stuck in a smoking room, which wasn't clean or modern. TV didn’t work until the desk agent fixed the internet connection. The snack vending machine didn’t work. Lame breakfast. A long walk from lobby to room. Overall very disappointing stay.
