Lo peor del mundo
-
Nothing Unsafe, dirty, broken security doors, sketchy long term renters
-
Price and easy check in Hallways were dirty with litter. Police activity while checking in. No breakfast served as advertised on the website.
-
I tried to cancel the reservation for 4 days and they never did cancel it or refund my money Horrible condition, sketchy long term rental apartment style clients, broken security doors, terrible rooms

There was plenty of parking, AC worked like a dream, the beds were super comfy, and the staff was so kind, patient, and helpful. The only thing we were sad about was the pool. It wasn't dirty, it just looked a little too green and we don't know why. We didn't ask or press the issue because honestly we were out of the hotel for most of the time we were there. It may have been perfectly fine. We saw someone else getting ready to get into it. We were going to be checking in really late and they accommodated us. We got down to breakfast late one day, and they patiently waited for us to finish. We stayed for two nights. We had one bedroom with two queen size beds and it did not feel like the four of us were on top of each other, there was so much space! Overall good experience!!

The staff was helpful at getting me a refund without a fuss. It was relatively cheap. The hall looked sketchy, the pool apparently has mud run into it when it rains too much, there were BED BUGS all over our room that we were only there for 5 minutes before we checked back out and had to find another hotel last minute. After checking out, I thought I might look deeper into their reviews, it seems im not the only one who had a horrible experience...

They offer suites To start. Upon checking into the room is was obviously dirty. The sheets on the pull out bed had rust, food, crumbs and dirt. Went to the front desk to ask for new sheets and they said they didn’t have any. Secondly, no remote for the siting room Tv and they didn’t have a replacement so we had to buy a universal remote ourselves. Third, the picture behind the king bed had a finger painted message written in only what I could describe as “ bodily fluids “. Fourth, they advertise as having a pool so I booked the hotel for the kids to swim. Get there and the pool was off limits and closed. Fifth, the shower had no hot water, at all. Over all was horrible and I suggest spending a little extra and staying somewhere else.

The front desk clerk was friendly. Unhygienic conditions in the room itself and surround halls. Building was run down and showing its age/treatment.

The hotel was absolutely horrible run don’t walk away. It was filthy outdated and nothing worked. The staff was absent at best. I would never ever stay here again. I had to clean the room and we were afraid to sleep on the bed there were bugs dirt and dust. Extremely disappointed is an understatement hotel was outdated. Carpet was ripped and torn windows had never been cleaned. Corners have never been cleaned. Toilet was never cleaned and was broken. The Jim has been out of order for well over a month. The staff was not only unhelpful, but unfriendly and not willing to help us in anyway we come from being wet from camping and wanted a nice place to stay, and this was most definitely not it. We would’ve rather been in our tent in the rain with the bugs, but at least we’re friendly. I would not even recommend this to my worst enemy.
-
This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The bathroom in the first room had not been cleaned and none of the outlets worked.. Moved us to a different room, took 5 minutes for shower to have hot water.
-
Dirty room dirty tub air did not work need a refund on the hold stay
-
The facility was horrible and unsanitary.
-
This hotel should not be as much as it is price wise. This place is dirty, a place where people live weekly. Please dont stay there
-
It was dirty. The carpet in the room was nasty. The mirror was off the wall, leaning 9n a wall, covered in dust. The comforter had torn places. The front door to the lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned, there was dust thought the lobby.
-
Everything! This place is similar to a FLOP house

We couldn’t even stay in our hotel room due to the lines on the bed being filthy. The tv didn’t work due to no hdmi cord. The HOTEL STILL HASNT RESPONDED TO OUR COMPLAINT. And we have pictures to confirm our complaint. I lost out on a lot more than just having a safe and supposed to been a clean room for a night. I lost out on money put into what was supposed to had been A NIGHT OF HAPPY MEMORIES, OF PEACE. That turned into a nightmare. And a loss that is unrepairable.

Sink broke off, bed bugs, I asked for a pillow and they gave me a folded towel and said “ghetto it up” the ceiling was pouring water and it didn’t even rain. Dear god. Never again.
