Days Inn and Suites by Wyndham St. Louis/Westport Plaza

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The bathroom in the first room had not been cleaned and none of the outlets worked.. Moved us to a different room, took 5 minutes for shower to have hot water.

Dirty room dirty tub air did not work need a refund on the hold stay

The facility was horrible and unsanitary.

This hotel should not be as much as it is price wise. This place is dirty, a place where people live weekly. Please dont stay there

We couldn’t even stay in our hotel room due to the lines on the bed being filthy. The tv didn’t work due to no hdmi cord. The HOTEL STILL HASNT RESPONDED TO OUR COMPLAINT. And we have pictures to confirm our complaint. I lost out on a lot more than just having a safe and supposed to been a clean room for a night. I lost out on money put into what was supposed to had been A NIGHT OF HAPPY MEMORIES, OF PEACE. That turned into a nightmare. And a loss that is unrepairable.

Sink broke off, bed bugs, I asked for a pillow and they gave me a folded towel and said “ghetto it up” the ceiling was pouring water and it didn’t even rain. Dear god. Never again.

Rooms need upgraded. Ripped chairs, missing drawers in the dressers, wallpaper ripped down. Not worth the price.

They have roaches and just not a good area to stay in

Transients in parking lot, along with food truck parked permanently. Trash outside & instairs, clothing, as well. Non-smoking but THC smell everywhere. What appeared to be blood on our carpet in the room. 2 night stay, 3 ppl. Upon arrival we had 2 washcloths. On night two, I went to the front desk for an extra pillow & washclothes. I am told "only 2 per room". I told her 'we were 3'. Again "only two per room', 'then I will check with housekeeping'. Which I knew wouldn't happen. An hour later we sent the 15 year old. They are out of washclothes & will bring a pillow to the room. What hospitality, where? We are home know & the 15 year old has bites on her legs. Now the question of bedbugs, time will tell. If considering this place, pls double think it!!! I normally do not write reviews!

There was nothing about this hotel that I liked. The building is deteriorating outside. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and checked in. The carpet in the hallway and on the stairs was FILTHY,. BADLY STAINED! The interior in the room was antiquated, furniture and all. I killed a roach crawling up the wall. There were dark red stains on the carpet in the living room and bedroom and it was NOT koolaid. On this note, I went downstairs and checked out. I do not plan upon using WYNDHAM hotels ever again. This is my 3rd experience in 3 different locations (St. Louis, Baton Rouge and West Point): roaches, filthy carpet and old smell in the hallways. I AM DONE!!!

This place is basically a roach motel that has drug addicts in and out and all around the building. The entire hotel stinks and is filthy. There are huge stains in the carpet and there were holes in the carpet in the room I was in. There were no buttons on the phone so of course it didn't work, the tub was dirty and there was blood spatter on the walls and balcony. I didn't even attempt to get up to look at the breakfast because I already didn't feel comfortable in the room since there were 2 visible roaches that we had to kill. If I would've gotten there earlier and wasn't so tired, I would've looked for a new hotel. My boyfriend decided to stick it out since it was only 2 nights for us to sleep there because we weren't there throughout the day. I booked this hotel because it had a 5 star review and said it was close to the concert I was going to when I booked it. This has been the 2nd Days Inn that I've been to that has been a disappointment. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL

Saw roaches in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn't great and you always had someone watching how much food you took.

Room was terrible! Very thick smoke smell and carpet was filthy. Roaches were spotted and roaches were in the freezer. Customer service was extremely terrible.

A/c didnt work. Carpet in room was stained everywhere. Water damage throughout the entire room. Wall by air conditioner literally crumbling and falling apart on the floor from water damage. Hair on the bathroom counter. Bathtub had rust around the faucets and shower head and tub itself was gross. So much more be warned

The room was falling apart, lights flickered, no outlets. By the second night I was eat up with bed bug bites. I have 30 bites all over my body. Its been 3 days since we left and the bites are terrible still. Do not go here!!

We won’t go back!!!

So dirty. Cockroachs in our room. I'll never go there again
