The staff was excellent, the room was clean and the bar was great.

Great place to stay, easy check in and out. Clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff, nice pool. I will stay here again for sure!

Good experience

To be clear I was there for a travel baseball team and still was annoyed - Kids run ragged, broke an elevator, way more than 50 capacity in the pool with zero employees monitoring. Rooms had mold on the bathtubs, garbage left in rooms, ants and stains all over carpets and curtains. Stairs were not easy to access, door would not open from the outside. Major safety issues!!! When issues were addressed with employees they laughed and gave zero care.

A lovely place to stay in St. Louis. The rooms were quiet and comfy. The staff was helpful and polite. Will definitely stay again.

The pool was really dirty. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were great for the price.

The property overall could use updated, especially the rooms. Our room had two outlets that didn’t work, the toilet had a very hard time flushing, there were several carpet stains and a large stain on the curtains. There was hair on our shower walls. The pool area was also not well kept.

As someone who travels all over the nation, this is not a staff issue, this is a failure and lack of care by the corporate leadership. The onsite staff were amazing and professional. It’s a shame that they have to deal with the complaints that came from several customers that were shocked by the poor condition of the hotel rooms. They deserve better and so do your customers. I don’t think I will ever stay in another Double Tree after this experience.

Parking was plentyful and close Staff seemed very irritated whenever I had to deal with them. Our shampoo was out and I asked for a new one. They seemed like it was extremely inconvenient to get me a new one. Pool area was very dated and run down. Room AC would not hardly keep up.

Location and started off ok just at front desk at check in. No response when calling front desk, put on hold had to call 2x.. had to find housekeeping for empty Kleenex box in our room and coffee got that too.. shower dribbled water and bed looked as if made from last stay not clean very wrinkled.

The restaurant has an amazing salad and the bartender (I forgot his name) is excellent. If I’m ever in St. Louis again I’ll definitely stay there

The hotel is older and it definately shows. The beds have conventional mattresses and while comfortable, they are not plush. Air conditioning was excellent. Towels were very small. All of the desk attendants wete excellent. Super helpful and kind to our special situation (my husband was there to have a brain tumor removed at Mercy Hospital). The asked frequently if we had everything we needed and if there was anything special they could do for us. We felt seen and cared for.

Not clean at all.
