Bed bugs, dirty underwear in dresser, leaking toilet, no coverings over couch cushions, smelly, dirty mattress, dirty walls, broken fold out couch. Place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY
-
The staff was helpful. The parking was good for the price .
-
The property was great! We requested a room by stairs and they got us right across the hall.
-
Poor quality and not clean. No up keep on the Property. Dirty pull out couch, so much that I wouldn’t put my kid on it. Bathroom door would not close.
-
Close enough to sights- maintenance man Josh went to bat for us and got our room upgraded when the two ‘available’ in our booking classification wouldn’t work. Disorganized put us in a room with broken ac which maintenance had told them not to use - went to a room that smelled like smoke before going back to broken ac while waiting for handyman who when we caught him in the hall had no idea why we were in the room he said not to use -

I got there at 345 to ask for early check in had to wait til 435 cause room wasn’t clean
-
Location I had two rooms. One of the rooms smelled like a wet dog. The other room had ripped furniture and curtains and stains on the sofa cautions. The rooms definitely needs to be updated
-
The coffee was delicious. The room had mold by the shower head and under the caulking in the tub. I had to tighten the shower head because it was spraying everywhere. The overall cleanliness was awful. Not to mention the smell of marijuana was overwhelming and was coming into our room through the door. We will not be coming back to stay at this facility.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety and the beds were comfortable. Our room wasnt very clean
-
Evening desk needs a better understanding of English to avoid misunderstandings. Two early morning awakenings by fire alarms, one after the other, not recommended for good rest. Morning staff was very friendly and helpful with improving my stay.

It was quiet and clean. The breakfast was great!
-
It was very spacious and clean! Windows could be cleaner. Hallway walls need fixed.

Close to things I needed it to be First night hot water didn’t work lock on room door need some work sofa bed needs to be replaced very low in middle fire alarm went off we had to evacuate at 3 am final got back to room after 4 then it went off 3 times the next morning as well
-
Fire alarm went off two days at 4am. Very inconvenient
-
Fire alarm went off at 5:30AM. Tried to call front desk for info. No one answered. Our toddler was up at that point (screaming due to being startled), so we packed up and left. It was obviously a false alarm as no one evacuated and the fire department never showed up. It continued to beep for 30 minutes while we left. Ridiculous
-
Fenced, and the staff was excellent. Property was older.
-
A fire alarm went off at 330am, we know this is not the facilities fault, however the next morning breakfast was from 630-930 and was supposed to go to 10. We got down at 940 and everything was put away.
-
Staff was amazing. Food was great. Facility shows it age and care. AC was not strong. Vents not cleaned out. Parking cost to park in their lot is a little ridiculous.
-
This is probably the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. The floors were filthy. The couch had spots all over it and pulled out to a bed. The mattress was thin and had stains, and the pullout couch itself was broken. There is no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the showers we had to ask for more; we had to ask for more towels we had to ask for extra toilet paper. The breakfast was good, the water was hot. That’s about all this place has going for it. The hotel pool had a sawn off metal bar sticking out of the cement.

During our stay, there was a large family birthday celebration taking place that seemed to take over both the indoor and outdoor common areas. While it’s great to see families enjoying themselves, it made it difficult for other guests to use and enjoy those spaces. The room itself was acceptable, but between the outdated appearance compared to the photos, the odors in the hallways, and the crowded common areas, the experience did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we will probably choose a different hotel the next time we are in the area.
