Most unique hotel ever, Beautiful art adorned the walls. Rooms were painted with vibrant colors. Employees were helpful and professional.

Hotel was good, room needed one more light. It was quite dark.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff is always excellent and our room was perfect. We always enjoy our stay cations.

This was the coolest hotel I’ve stayed in, probably ever. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and nothing but lovely. The rooftop is gorgeous, and the beds, bedding and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. The curtains completely darkened my room and I barely heard a sound like you often do from the streets, hallway or other rooms. When you enter the hotel, it’s like a scavenger hunt with lots of doors that have hidden art behind them. The actual lobby is on the 12th floor and interesting art is everywhere. You get your choice of a red, blue, yellow or green room, which was a fun surprise. May room was small but perfect for one or two people, modern without feeling like a typical Hilton.I wish I had an excuse to have a big party here. There were events during my stay, from a formal wedding to a semi formal birthday party to a casual event, and somehow the space fit each vibe perfectly. The guests staying here were as excited and impressed as me. The Fox Theatre is steps away and it’s just a few blocks from St. Louis University and the Chaifetz Arena, where I went for a concert. I’ll definitely be back, and if I lived here, I would take advantage of the hotel and location for a date night or even a weekend staycation. The rates were reasonable, and they even allow pets. Highly recommend!

Great rooftop bar!

It was a comfortable room in a nice section of town. Nickel and dimed everything. Parking? Extra. Breakfast? Extra.

Everything here breaks the mold—starting with check‑in on the 12th floor. You then choose a blue, green, yellow, or red room, and they mean it. The walls, curtains, furniture—everything reflects the color theme. The bathrooms are newly remodeled with clean, contemporary fixtures, and the entire space felt spotless. The real surprise for me was the artwork lining the hallways. At first, I thought it was just odd. But once I slowed down and really looked, something in my “rusty” mind started to open up. The pieces became fun, clever, and genuinely enjoyable. The hotel also features a rooftop lounge with indoor and outdoor seating—comfortable, stylish, and a great place to unwind. And I have to mention the staff: every person I encountered was upbeat, helpful, and seemed to be having as much fun as the guests. This isn’t your typical downtown 5‑star modern hotel—it’s better. It’s refreshing, memorable, and wonderfully different.

The rooms on each floor are a different color, each to invoke different emotions; we stayed in a red room which was supposed to invoke energy. Did it, hard to tell. Everything looked new and very clean, the room was a decent size, and it was pretty quiet all around. Literally my only complaint is that check in is on the 12th floor and there isn't any signage letting you know. We will definitely stay here again.
