The West End

We got 2 free waters, which was nice.

Quick online check in. No fuss. Quiet. Secured parking lot. Great home-feel amenities. There’s a shared kitchen, kids’ play area, grill and relaxing patio! Very clean. A block away from the Cathedral Basilica of St Louis.

The West End was exactly what I needed. An economical hotel in a great location. The lighting was not the best and I could have used a couple of more clothes hangers, but otherwise it had everything I needed for my stay in St. Louis.

Quiet and comfortable.

It was a comfortable quiet room. Didn't care for the shower. TV didn't allow access to many channels. Not sure why. But for the most part enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is well located. Parking is great for a fee. The room is adequate, clean and medium sized. The bathroom is fine but the shower needs some upgrade. There is no breakfast but the kitchen is equipped with all you need. Coffee and fruits are on the house. Grocery store is next door. Overall, a good place to stay at a very reasonable price. There is a $20 recharge for cleaning. Somewhat unusual.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. Super clean, great location, comfy bed, nice staff, amazing prices AND excellent coffee!! So glad I stayed here.

Everything was great. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was so nice and made sure I knew where I was going and the door lock times room was clean. The bed is medium firm. I thought it was great but adding for people who can't do firmer beds. Love the updated bathroom mirror! I need one for my house. Definitely would recommend if you or your friends and family need somewhere to stay. I did not have any dissatisfaction staying here.

Check in parking terrible. Overprice for what is offered. Nothing included in room price. Very inconvenient for handicapped accessible. No ice other then going to front desk or bar. Shower head leaking so sprayed everywhere. Will not recommend.

Great for a one night stay

The place was clean and all filters on air conditioning, etc were kept spotless which is a big concern of mine especially as we had the A/C on all the time due to the outside temps this year (almost 100 degrees F all week). The front desk staff was very cordial. I liked the gated parking garage. the location overall is good as you are near some great bars/restaurants and about 4 blocks from Forest Park with the zoo and museums. I booked what they called a triple room with attached bathroom but when i got into the room it was simply a room with a bed and a sofa that folded out. I went to the front desk and it was explained that the sofa counted as a bed so they presented it as a room which made zero sense to me. I did not even get the actual room i was promised based on the pictures they put on the bookings site. We were missing a table /chairs. The room was a single room and no larger than anywhere else I have ever been. I have been seeing how these orgs have been misrepresenting accommodations all over the country. There are no triple rooms that i can see. the beds were made of some sort of memory foam but the stiffest I have been on. They barely sank in when you laid down and that took some getting used to.

Staying at the West End for our trip was great. The 2 women who work in the mornings were fantastic. They were very accommodating and let us store our stuff since we had to switch rooms, due to our last minute decision to stay an extra night. 10/10 experience and staff.

Room was clean the air conditioner made a lot of noise even when the cold air wasn’t running other then that the hallway smelt like weed for the first half I was there
