I've stayed here three times. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

The cleaning ladies were nice and helpful. Though bare, the rooms were clean. Easy to use internet connection. Comfortable bed Good coffee and easy to use coffeemaker. It is the only hotel we have ever stayed in that charged you $14.95 per person for every breakfast. We travel a lot and stay in nice places. Everyone else has included breakfast. We were there for testing at a connected hospital and we had breakfast in their cafeteria for half the price and there were more choices. It charged you daily for parking in the parking garage. The decor was not welcoming when you entered the room. It seemed so bare, plain and cold. The window shades were difficult to open and close.

Otherwise, the hotel, staff were very kind and helpful. It was nice to have a restaurant connected to the hotel as we came in early evening from a long day trip and had dinner and to the room. Rating of the overall hotel amenities and stay and quiet evening is, a 4.8 out of 5. Good hotel to stay at if your morning stop is the hospital.

Very upscale and clean. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. We were there for a surgery at BJC and it was directly connected to the hospital. It was really nice to walk through the hallway to get to where I needed. I didn't have to leave for dinner either. Downstairs there is an Applebee's for the Hotel guests! Everything was so convenient for our stay. We do recommend if you have to go to Barnes for an overnight stay (such as an impatient surgery) and you live a few hours away like we do.(4hrs away) Definitely consider it. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. What surprised us is the surface of the shower/ tub, the toilet and it light switch short which made it hard to keep the light on.
