Great St. Louis location, convenient to many restaurants and shopping choices. I highly recommend this hotel for its staff, amenities, and location.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained! The staff were friendly and welcoming.. The only thing I didn’t like was having to wait over two hours for wash cloths and towels. I probably won’t stay here again.

The front desk and bar staff were great. Housekeeping, not so much. The room was not re stocked consistently, and my luggage was moved from where I had it set for easy access. Also, an item ( man’s leather belt) was missing- very possibly an honest, innocent mistake, but left us with a bit of an uneasy feeling.

We liked the simple and minimalist decor. The staff was always friendly; the valet service efficient; the location and nearby shops and restaurants and community ambiance was very pleasant.

The air conditioner in room 731 was not working and there was no safe in the room BUT a gentleman provided one within 5 minutes. Also I was over charged on my invoice as I checked out on 6/7 but my invoice stated in checked out on 6/8/2026. I called and was told " if you checked out on the 7th and if it is true, then we will credit you as if I was untruthful. Received call that I was telling the truth. I am a member have for the most part my experiences have been EXCELLENT but this stay was horrible!!!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The stuff was extremely professional and helpful. They made our short vacation memorable. Definitely going back to stay longer and explore St. Louis more.

Room's were clean. Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. There is a parking garage right across the hotel for $15 a day.

Location was great, right in the middle of Central West End. Parking right across the street, lots of restaurants in the area. Cleanliness could have been improved. Some of the upper shelves were totally dusty.
