Great hotel. Expensive parking

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. They were out of bottled water and the filling station also wasn’t working so that was inconvenient, but the staff was helpful in getting us water.

Excellent hotel; recommend without hesitation.

It took me more than a half hour to convince the front desk they could not bill me twice (once via Expedia and once directly to my credit card) for a 3-day stay.

Had a fine stay. Bathroom lighting was very dim - had a difficult time getting ready to attend a wedding. No fan in bathroom. No full length mirror and small space for hanging clothes. Family of four in a room with two queens - beds were comfy. Just needed a little more space to move around and put suitcases.

Beautiful hotel with quick check-in. Loved our room! Very clean and spacious.

Great location.

Mattresses seemed old and weren't very comfortable. Food through the bar and during breakfast was not that appealing and was way overpriced. They had a lot of more European type foods that this American guesr was not appreciative of. Keisha, the bar tender was awesome!!

It was okay. The toilet was broke. The roof was super clean other than the shower. Staff were kinda rude. Every time you saw them the looked like they hated their job. Breakfast tasted great but was not really explained well.

Very contemporary, modern hotel

The location was fantastic. Parking around the neighborhood is available, but valet is probably preferred. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance as well as a bar right across the street. Plenty of options for food.

Great hotel. Valet is pricey but you can park in the garage across the street for much less.

We were disappointed with the food and drink selection at the bar. They were out of most of the drinks. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but the pillows were hard and clumpy.

Clean room and helpful staff

Great St. Louis location, convenient to many restaurants and shopping choices. I highly recommend this hotel for its staff, amenities, and location.

Clean room. Hospitable staff. Walkability was wonderful. Easy parking across the street.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained! The staff were friendly and welcoming.. The only thing I didn’t like was having to wait over two hours for wash cloths and towels. I probably won’t stay here again.
