I booked a balcony but got there and they told me it wasn’t available and then put me on the first floor - I had to push to get some sort of compensation as they didn’t offer anything and all I got was a cheap breakfast voucher as though the rooms were equivalent. Elevator was down which didn’t affect me but I noticed it and the AC units are older and loud. Feels like they tried to put lipstick on a pig but it is mostly still a pig.

I loved how comfortable the bed was, our cute little balcony, oh the shower!!So great and the tv was just right for Monday night football!! The bar downstairs was a bonus too

Great location and room was clean and spacious. Only complaint is that Expedia said there would be a $10.50 charge at the hotel and they charged $30.00.

I always enjoy the eclectic Hotel Indigo brand of boutique hotel and this one is exceptional! Charming room decor, interesting color combinations, sleek design and great little restaurant and coffee shop attached to the lobby. The outdoor patio area featured swinging chairs, gelato/bar and live music late afternoon. Loved it!

Excellent room and shower, seems newly redone. Cons are hallways are still outdated, bathroom sink stopper was stuck. One elevator not working. Bel Social was very nice for socializing, food was really good, pizza, burgers, crepes

This was a fantastic hotel. Only stated one night but the staff were great at the front desk as well as the restaurant for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in St. Louis.
