Hotel Indigo St Louis - Central West End by IHG

Loved this stay. The hotel was clean and well taken care of, the location was amazing and the rooms were cute. The parking was a little tricky but totally doable. Would stay here again.

We loved our 2 night stay here!! The location was great and offered access to restaurants and shopping! The Bel-Air social, located in the hotel, had everything we needed if we wanted a bite to eat, a drink, or photo opportunities! The beds are comfy and clean! Nice updated bathrooms! The only thing that we didn’t love was the small parking garage. But overall, 5⭐️

Nice room, comfortable bed, love the balcony feature, having a lounge/bar area was a plus.

The place was fresh and clean. Workout room was well stocked. Outdoor space was inviting and spacious. Bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered pizza from the bar and it was quite good.

Walkable to central west end with lots of restaurant choices. Forest park a quick drive for zoo or Muny.

Checked in after a 15 hr car ride from Florida. Easy check-in, lots of food choices from attached restaurant/bar. Shower was clean plus steaming hot and the bed was very comfortable. Wi be back if ever back in St. Louis.

Overall this was a nice hotel and met our needs. If we were staying longer, the presence of multiple food options in the hotel, all with solid reviews, would be a real plus. Overall, the facility is in good shape. The room was clean, up to date, and looked nice. Loved the waterfall shower which also wasn't cramped. The water in our bathroom sink never got cold - lukewarm at best - and had a funny smell. There's no great work/study space in the room. The chair at the small table was old and cheap and there's no chair to just sit in and read. Just the bed and the small table/office chair. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were so soft as to give no support whatever. The location is nice, as it puts you close to Forest Park and food options. I'd stay here again, especially if traveling for leisure.

The rooms are comfortable & functional. The bed was a little soft & the pillows were that material where they flatten wherever your head is. Why don’t hotels change comforters to a lighter weight for summer months? Even with the a/c down we still got hot & sweaty. Loved the big window, but it was right next to balconies & wasn’t private. There was also a ton of light seeping into the room around the curtain so it wasn’t very dark trying to sleep. The bathroom & shower were amazing. Glad there was a small shelf along the wall or else there wasn’t any counter space. Parking was easy enough but maybe a little tight for larger vehicles.

You have to pay for parking. They have a tiny parking lot. And you have to pay for breakfast!

The staff--super helpful. The morning after our stay, I went to the coffee bar, and because the barista hadn't shown up, the general manager was there making coffee and it was complimentary. He was so nice and pleasant. I was super impressed!
