Loved the social gathering space at the hotel. It was also great for the kids to have a few meal options right there on sight.

This was my first time doing something like this for myself. As an adult at that and I can truly say this will be my go to hotel. I LOVED the bathroom. Everything was very comfortable. And the price was what put the icing on the cake. It was a last minute plan and I appreciate that it worked out. I truly did love my experience and this will be a normal get away from now on. Thanks again !

Beds were very comfortable and overall I think it’s a pretty hotel. I believe there was a cat hammock and I think that’s pretty cool. We had issues with the WiFi
-
Excellent shower!! My only problem was the bed was too soft.

Everything at this hotel was excellent.

The room Reception staff information given was unreliable

We had an amazing time everything was way better than we expected. We will be back.

Wonderful property close to so many things! Comfortable room, beautiful bathrooms, good parking, extremely friendly staff, and easy access to and from all that St. Louis has to offer. Will definitely stay here again!

No breakfast. Hotel is great. But area around it did not feel safe for walking after dusk.

Great service

Great place to stay. Parking is not good for large full size trucks. Or if you have a trailer. Also the charge an additional $15 a day for parking once you get there.

It was a great location (walking distance to Forest Park and great food, around the corner from a Whole Foods), the staff were very helpful, the cleaning staff was friendly and did their jobs thoroughly. The only thing that would keep me from a return visit would be the fact there is no pool. This trip was an "adult" trip so it didn't matter, but when I travel with my kids, that aspect is a deal breaker. Gym was clean and equipment was good. I LOVED having the coffee bar, bar bar, and food hall vibes...such a great idea for a hotel. The parties were an added bonus and a great way to meet new people also staying at the location. No pool. The live TV function on the elliptical was not set up, but there was a larger TV for the room (nobody else was in there with me both mornings).

I enjoyed the parking garage under the hotel it was walking distance to lots of cute restaurants and stores !! Super cute rooms and comfortable beds

Staff was fantastic and the patio area was nice, but our room was quite musty, parts of the hotel like the elevators had seen better days, and the WiFi barely worked. Solid spot to stay for a night or two though, especially if you have friends to hang out with in the common areas. Would not recommend if you need to get work done though, due to the poor WiFi

Staff and facility was fantastic.

The location is very convenient for seasonal visitors like us at the St. Louis Chess Club Summer Camp. Everything includes on-site parking, a restaurant, Whole Foods, and a nice, quiet atmosphere — but not lonely!

Tasteful and clean

Room was very nice, spacious and clean. Shower was amazing.

My only issue was with parking lot exit: the arm of the parking gate does not lift until the nose of the vehicle is literally pulled up directly under the arm, which is not normal. I was leaving in a torrential rainstorm, and because I only pulled up to within 6 inches or so of the arm, I thought the gate was malfunctioning, so I exited my car and ran through the rain back to the lobby to inquire about the gate, whereupon I was told "You have to pull up." After returning to my car I did pull up as described above, and the gate lifted. With such an atypical gate function, the hotel should install a sign directing drivers to pull the nose of the car under the arm to activate it, or else relocate the sensors that activate the arm so that there is a normal exiting experience.
