The location was great, the rooms were large enough for our family, the starbucks coffee was good. Free parking. Nice pool and patio. One day, housekeeping cleaned up our whole room so well it looked like we hadn't checked in yet, so that was nice. The fridge and kitchenette was clean and pretty big. That bathroom was a little dated, along with the paint in the room. You could tell the ceiling was painted over many times.

The sticker on the bathroom mirror stated that the guest rooms would be serviced every other day. During our 8-day stay, our room was only serviced once after we were told that rooms don't receive service if the "Do Not Disturb" sign is out at 7:30 AM .

Breakfast bar was amazing! The first day they seemed to struggle to keep up, but after that they were on it! Your front desk employe Nathaniel took my maintenance issue. The dish washer had standing water in the bottom ( we did not use this on our stay) and was leaking out everywhere. Pretty large amounts I was controlling with all the towels we had in the room. It was 2 hours later before I went back downstairs and he never even told maintenance. My husband had to scoop out all the water with a small trash can to get it to stop leaking out. I wish I would hav gotten the other guys name, he was very kind as smoothing everything over. Nathaniel got extremely defensive and rude. I asked him to get some extra towels and never got those either until we went backdown stairs and got them at the desk.

Staff were very professional and helped when needed. Definitely would recommend to a friend. Only recommendation is to get a hot tub for pool area
