Everyone encounter was really nice facilities was beautiful transition to get in out of the garage was perfect The loud housekeeper in the morning slamming doors screaming housekeeping we were in 847 tremendous amount of dirt and dust build up behind the night cabinet near the window one inch thick dust mattress was soft but it was very flat and worn it leaned over on the sides of the bed but somehow was still comfortable

I have stayed at The Chase multiple times and each time is wonderful. This time as well was top-notch. It is one of my favorite places to have a staycation!

One of the best stays I’ve had. Comfortable beds, quiet, great amenities and such friendly staff all around. You can tell the hotel is aged, but it isn’t too bad at all. Really enjoyed my stay overall.

Good beds, good location, quiet. Everything was extra plus there was a “resort” fee. If I’m paying for every extra what’s the resort fee for?At the price of the hotel I would expect at least free parking

I will be back at this hotel as my go to. I was very impressed with the staff, location and hotel. The rooms were spacious, the pool and amenities were impressive and the walkability to grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals and the park were excellent.

The air conditioning vent in our room blew on my face all night so I was cold then hot and back and forth. The final night I had to sleep with the sheet over my head. Also, the cleaning staff forgot to leave us towels one day.
