Love the hotel. Love the area.

The pool is lovely, but there were no towels in the bathroom at all. I went downstairs to the front desk after taking a shower and drying off with a clean extra tee shirt I packed. Also, after the initial partial roll of toilet paper was gone, there was no more. I made a call to the desk and there was never any more brought up. There was nothing like a blow dryer and things you assume you would get included, and the garage is forty dollars a night for guests so on a one night stay…. 80 dollars? There is plenty of free street parking, but my knee was giving me trouble and I had luggage. Couldn’t use the valet, because it was full of cars and closed off so we couldn’t pull in and so we decided to go to garage. It wasn’t until check in to find out they didn’t validate parking for hotel guests. The location is great, but they need to do a whole lot better. Unfortunately, it was less than excellent for the price, and food we purchased on property was just okay.

To many unexpected Fees

It was the day after the Fiurth of July. I think everyone was tired.

Honestly, I had low expectations and they were met. I called ahead to verify everything (we had special needs because of a traveler) and when we got there, none wereey. Our room was never cleaned, the towels smelled moldy,

Stayed only one night, went to the restaurant “preston” ordered 2 beers, after 15 mins of waiting and no show from the waiter i asked the manager who promised me another waiter would take care of the order and apologized for it. 10 minutes later nobody came. We left to the Chase bar and the service couldnt be slower. Maybe im just used to another speed when it comes to service. But i wouldnt recomend this place to anybody. Rooms are nice, although the towels smell bad. staff at the frontdesk were good at the check in.

So many things to do in one hotel, so great with kids!

Beautiful property, loved sitting by the pool (in some shade!) … the svc by the is excellent! Chaise lounge chairs are super Uncomfortable to sit & read, however. Need to roll two towels at the base/back to prevent pain. Love the on-site movie theatre 🎥 🍿. Great location! Restaurants, shops & attractions very nearby. Highly recommend. And will return.

This was a beautiful property with a lot of fun touches. The staff is amazing and very nice. There were only two small things about the visit that were not ideal. The tv in the bedroom would not connect to be able to watch it in there and the air made a very loud mechanical sound when it was turning on and off each time. However these things were very minuscule compared to the quality of the hotel!

Perfect for a quick summer get away.

All around great place for my wife and I to take a quick get away.

Everything was perfect my favorite place to have a staycation

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the restaurants were all very good. We were fortunate to be able to get an early check in showing up way before the normal check in time. Great location next to the park with multiple walk-to restaurants in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay! We had a girls’ weekend and the pool was definitely the highlight of our stay with the good drinks and food!

This hotel was a big factor in the success of our trip. The heated pool was incredibly helpful for me to survive the water with a ten year old grandson, even though it was warm outside. Staff was excellent, barring one very ineffective restaurant server. Very impressive was the building quality. I have never experienced such a quiet hotel stay, couldn't hear every shower, flush, hall noise, etc. A last benefit was the "in house" movie cinema. Just lovely stay!!!

We were two women on a 'girls weekend' and were "upgraded" to a queen suite so one of us slept on the sofabed which was reasonably comfortable - the queen bed was very comfortable. We had an awesome view of Forest Park and a spacious room. The whole place felt luxurious. The fitness center was a bit stuffy but had a LOT of equipment (although some needed maintenance...). The pool was huge and the water temperature just right. We loved the location next to Forest Park and CWE with lots of restaurants nearby. We also loved that the Chase Club had a band on Friday and Saturday nights so we could have a nightcap and dance a bit before heading upstairs. We got a competitive rate (for the area) via Expedia which made it affordable. My only complaint was the cost of parking. $40/night to self-park as a guest of the hotel was outrageously expensive IMO. We were both driving from two different cities so I ended up parking my (older) car in the city lot about 3 blocks away. While we decided against a late night movie, it was fun to have the theater right there as well. It was hot and humid so having so much within a few blocks was helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodations and the staff are very helpful

Policy. I booked through Expedia but I had to leave a day early so the hotel charged me for the extra day even though their policy says leaving results in a one time charge of 75$.

My first night the single elevator near my room sounded like a roller coaster or someone had a rolling cart going above my room. Any time someone took the elevator it was so loud for 2 nights. I called the front desk about other issues-my Expedia package that stated $15 credit for room charges and clarification before I used it (which at check out the $15/day was never applied as stated by Pedro or Paco, manager). But I told him “are you aware of this loud elevator. He said no. I’ll get it looked at” well wake up day 2 and sure enough the 3rd party official elevator maintenance was doing repairs and the elevator was closed for most the day until fixed. Who knows what could have happened -from the sound it seemed like a serious issue. Which I saw multiple staff walking by it, using it-which sums up the staff. Especially front desk-rude and passive. Don’t get me started about valet rude guy-my first encounter upon arrival made me park on the street nightly to not use the hotel valet or lot.
